Dogodna lokalizacja. Miejsce w parkingu podziemnym sklepy w pobliżu. Do centrum około 10 minut spacerkiem. Cisza i spokój taras na dachu. Czysto w mieszkaniu. Kaucja zwrócona w dniu wymeldowania.

Property was located close to the Old Town quarters and there were number of shops around. Underground parking was a big tick.
The security deposit was not returned promptly as promised and there were discrepancies in the amount of money returned (to my detriment).

Owner asked me to pay security deposit €120 , which was very strange. After checkout same day evening he texted me that oven inside glass is damaged (whitch I never used) and he will hold deposit for repair. After my reply that IT IS NOT my fault, he simply ignored me. It was ok from outside. NEVER trust this guy, he is making money on security deposits.
