The staff were really friendly
The hotel wasn’t upto the standard as the price I paid. I had to move to the Kathmandu airport hotel and they had really good room and beds with better cleaningness

the facilities were dissappointing. the room had a TV but that didn't work. also it's winter and they didn't have a winter blanket.

The receptionist was very Unprofessional.i reached at 10 pm .. he thought guest wont return at night. So, he was forcing me to take another room.. and was giving damn abt booking .. very unprofessional receptionist
