A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, "China Swan" è una casa su 3 livelli con un fantastico ponte coperto avvolgente. Il portico è perfetto per guardare l'alba e il tramonto, così come i cavalli selvaggi locali!
La casa si trova a 3 miglia sulla spiaggia da dove termina la strada asfaltata a Corolla. È richiesto un veicolo 4x4! Le condizioni di guida sulla spiaggia variano ogni ora a seconda del traffico, del tempo e delle maree.
Il livello principale comprende grande sala, sala da pranzo, camera familiare con TV satellitare, cucina e lavanderia. Ponte coperto avvolgente, terrazza solarium aperta e veranda protetta. Goditi la vista dall'amaca e dall'altalena del portico.
Il livello superiore ha 3 camere da letto. TV a schermo piatto in ogni stanza. Camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno e vista sull'oceano e sul suono. Una camera da letto con due letti. Una camera da letto con l'orologio della nave ... guarda l'alba dal letto! Il livello superiore ha anche un bagno completo con idromassaggio.
La sala giochi al piano inferiore con letti a castello e divano letto è l'ideale per tutta la famiglia. Il livello inferiore ha un mezzo bagno, con doccia esterna.

This home was a wonderful relaxing family vacation! We enjoyed being so close to the water with beautiful beaches and watching the horses grazing.

We had a great vacation at this house. The house is spacious, comfortable, felt clean and well-maintained. The proximity to the beach, and the views of the beach from the house were phenomenal. We also saw horses right outside the house almost every day. We enjoyed playing the board games and doing the puzzles as a family every night. Communication with the host was also good. The downsides to the house for us were that the beds were small, the water pressure in the shower was weak, there were a lot of ants in the kitchen (we had to use ant spray and ant traps and keep all our food sealed up carefully), and the WiFi buffered a lot at night. But for us, these things were outweighed by the excellent location, fair price, amazing views, and spaciousness of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

I questioned how clean the place was upon arrival it had a stale odor, there was a dirty wash cloth on the floor in the bathroom, the master bedroom spread had stains all over it. On our second day in the house 2 people showed up and stated they needed to check some thing. They never identified themselves. They walked right into the house. I called the owner and he said he didn’t know they were going. I told him that I would have appreciated a phone call. On another day my husband was in the shower and the water turned off. After he dried off he noticed a truck outside. He asked the guy what was going on. The guy informed him that he was changing the filter. Again no communication from the owner. The oven didn’t work. The best part of the vacation was the horses never disappointed, they were at the house every day. The wrap around porch was great and the kitchen was well equipped. I would not return to this rental
