Sentiti come a casa nella nostra casa vacanza con 3 camere da letto e 1 bagno per tutto l'anno a Chocorua Ski and beach. Siamo situati a circa 19 miglia a Cranmore Mountain Resort per sci e tubi e 11 miglia alla zona di King Pine Ski. Inoltre, per i mesi estivi, siamo a pochi passi dal lago di Moore per nuotare, kayak e tubi.
La nostra casa è tutta su un unico livello. Abbiamo sia una stufa a legna che a pellet per quelle notti fredde e un sistema di riscaldamento ad olio per ogni evenienza.
Siamo in grado di ospitare 6 adulti o 4 adulti e 2-4 bambini. Due camere da letto hanno un letto matrimoniale in ciascuna e la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale. I divani sono super comodi sia per riposare che per dormire. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, piatti e posate. Ci sono kayak, canoe e tubi disponibili per il divertimento estivo.
Non fumare e non sono ammessi animali.

Perfect location - 5 minute drive from White Lake State Park, Hobbs Brewery and mini golf. 2 minute walk to playground and beach entrance. Beach area was perfect - small, clean, sandy. Even on a hot Saturday afternoon there was plenty of room. The house was as described and very clean. Communication was very easy. Overall great stay and will definitely rebook.

It was such a wonderful family reunion and our rental was the perfect spot. Close to the pond, two minutes away from laser tag and go carts, and only a short drive to ice cream and grocery store. The kitchen was gorgeous! And we absolutely loved the electric fireplace in the bedroom. The cousins were jealous. Thank you for making our experience so special!!

House is cute and cozy, quint essential New Hampsire! The neighborhood is great, feel safe letting the kids ride bikes to the playground and basketball court that is rite down the street, beach is within walking distance also, house is on a corner lot but feels private, has a great setup, we hung at the fire pit and on the partially covered front porch. House came loaded with everything you need for a great stay.

Take a left after going over covered bridge! GPS doesn't always take you direct to property :)

This was our first family get away. Description of property was accurate. House was very clean. Pictures were accurate. Sam was quick with any response to questions answering right away. Location is a quiet neighborhood. My youngest loved the park, which is only 1 minute walk from house. Lake is a very private beach. Check in and out was very easy. Our only regret was stay was not long enough.

August getaway
We enjoyed our 5 night stay! Great location if traveling to other places north such as storyland and Santa’s Village- very close to the beautiful White Lake State Park where we enjoyed the crystal clean water and view!

We had a great experience staying here. Owner was very responsive, easy check in/out, excellent location and a canoe, kayak and float are available for fun at the pond (a short walk away!). House was perfect size for family of 4. Laundry was also a plus. Would rent again!

We had such an awesome time that I was very sad to leave. We (parents with a 4 year old and 1.5 year old) stayed for 4 nights. The location is about a 2 minute walk from a nice playground and 4-5 minutes to the beach, which is amazing. The sand is great, the water was warm enough to go right in and cool enough to cool you down, and the views were so beau

We enjoyed this cottage very much! Just a few short minutes walk to the lake to swim. The owner was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the front deck was wonderful!
A few downsides:
1) the screens in the windows all had holes and were taped up and so if we left the windows open we would get bugs and mosquitoes in the house. It would have been nice to have been able to open the windows for the cooler nights.
2) the house is very dark. There is limited lighting, likely due to the age of the cottage.
3) the kitchen was not well stocked with supplies. There was one very small cutting board and many essentials missing.

Sam’s house
I love this location, I have stayed at other houses in this little neighborhood but Sam’s house is our favorite. The location is so close to the private pond and the playground. The house is the perfect size for me and my family. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Lovely cabin
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It’s a true cabin, nothing fancy, but meets all your needs and is very comfortable. Lots of wood for fires, indoors or out, and kitchen had basics available, spices, oil, condiments etc. There is an all ages playground 1 minute walk away and sandy beach with swimming and boating access another 1 minute walk away. We stayed here to break up our drive to storyland and loved every aspect of our trip; the cabin experience for the kids and an easy visit to storyland.

Ski Weekend
We had a great time! Loved the wood burning stove and it had plenty of space for a family of four. It was about an hour drive to Waterville Valley, and we had a great time skiing.

We had a great trip to Sam’s house this past week! Sam was a great host and was always a text or call away if we needed any help with anything. The house looks just as it does in the picture and was great for my husband, two kids (8 and 4) and me. We loved the wood stove and the big tv and excellent WiFi were bonuses! We did a lot of activities at King Pine, which was an easy drive away and great for beginner skiers, skaters, and tubers ;). All in all a great trip!

Great fall weekend
House was in a great neighborhood. I wasn’t sure I liked the location at first because I usually stay in Jackson, but then I realized how many great mountains there are to hike. Kank is a short drive. Plan was to hike Chucorua but it rain hard the night before and there was snow on the peaks. But considering the house location we had lots of options!
