The building is iconic. The everchanging light and shade, and exaggerated proportions are wonderful to look at. The pool was brilliant.

The apartment was dirty. There was broken glass on the floor and behind the door. The bathroom was dirty and smelt like a sewer. On one occasion there was a cockroach in the shower. The washing machine was tiny, and could only wash one sheet at a time. There were no drawers for clothing, although the wardrobe space was good. The breakfast bar was wobbly and the bedside tables were too small, you could only have a drink or your phone, no room for both. No way of connecting TV to our Netflix or pairing with phones for streaming. No large drinking glasses or bowls suitable for cereal. No cleaning products apart from washing uo liquid. Needs bleach at least. Not a comfortable place for a two week stay. Wouldn't want to do more than a couple of nights. Nowhere to put suitcases. They wouldn't fit under the bed. We have stayed in another apartment in the same building before which was lovely, so this was very disappointing.
