Location was very convenient for Romes sites

Initial cleanliness was slap dash and could have been better. Had to contact owner to resolve which she did on the day

We liked the location and the hot tub was great too use after all the walking.

The entry system needs looking at, it’s not very user friendly and if you didn’t have your phone you wouldn’t be able to access the property. The property is described as luxury but it’s a bit tired now.

The suite was lovely and the hot tub is stunning. The hosts are not present at the apartment, but they are helpful via WhatsApp. I give the score 8/10 for one thing. My only issue I had was entering the apartment. It is done remotely using a link on a app as there are no hosts on site. This isnt the host's fault but, on my first night in Rome, my phone was robbed from me and the apartment access relies heavily on the internet connection with your mobile. On the first night I couldn't enter the building and I had no way to contact the host without a phone. I had to wait on the streets till the morning, to wait for someone else to let me in the building. Just be mindful to keep your phone on you at all times. Especially if you are travelling solo. Or you'll have issues getting in.

Access using a phone app. I understand that we all use smart phones and it is convenient. But maybe supply a spare set of keys just in case you have no mobile connection or phone power dies. Getting in the apartment at night with no one present and no phone is a pain.

Unfortunately there was mould in a lot of areas in the bathroom.
