La ubicación es perfecta, La limpieza de la habitación también.

El ascensor es pequeño pero no se puede hacer nada porque es el que cabe en el hueco de la escalera. Me pareció poca luz en el baño, habia una luz fundida y con las prisas de irnos, no se lo comuniqué a la recepción.

El TV se apagaba y encendía cuando quería, en la ducha no tienes donde poner el bote de jabón, y en el cuarto de baño también falta de repisas

The hotel rate was great especially in a centralized location. The room was very clean, The view was great, the beds were very comfortable.

I was confused when I first arrived to my hotel & was unaware that I had to check in at their main hotel location up the strip. This is their boutique hotel (sister building) and I was told if I needed anything I could call but I’d have to walk back anytime I may need something. The phone in the room didn’t work either. Other than that I feel the good outweighed the bad. I had a great time & would return again!

Clean. Central location. Friendly staff. All traveler needs are provided: toothbrush, toothe paste, comb ...etc

The room was nice. The bed and the shower were good.

We first received a room where the electricity wasn’t working. Then we received a new room where the AC wasn’t working (and the room was hot). The third room was located at the front of the hotel but by this time we did not bother to change the keys again. We should have. Because there is no double glass, it sounds like the people talking on the street are in your room. It all became quiet around midnight and we had a good night rest after.

it is very close to ferry and located on one of the main streets, i guess. i liked high ceiling, safe box!, perfect view from my room. and blackout curtains! and super soft bed

we didn’t have soap. but looks like someone just forgot to put it. no problem

The hotel is located on the main street, all the infrastructure is around - cafe, restaurants, shops, theatre, seaside, all what is needed

There was a smell of cigarettes in the room, this was the only single weakness

Nice hotel, apparently it belongs to Hotel Ulises, so you have to go there to check in and arrange things, but the receptionists were kind and helpful. When we were there, the hotel was totally empty, so it was peaceful and quiet with a good location, the room was quite big and well-lit.

For a nice and not too cheap hotel, it's not okay internet connection did not work at all and you had to wait moments to have hot water in the shower.

The location is very good and it looked quite new and modern.

There were several negatives: - Upon arrival there was no indication of how to enter the hotel. We had to telephone and we were told we had to go to Hotel Ulises, in the same street, to check-in, as this hotel has automatic doors that open with a card. This could have been mentioned previously. - There was a cockroach in our room when we got back from dinner one night. - We specifically booked a room with a double bed but we were given a room with two single beds. - The air-conditioning made a lot of unusual noise unless it was set to minimum fan speed. - The room had a strong smell of damp, which is both uncomfortable and unhygienic. - The room looked clean but the balcony wasn't.
