I always use Presken whenever in Lagos. Be it at Ikeja, Lekki, VI or Abuja

The internet in the rooms weren’t working even after changing two rooms. People had to come to the reception area to use the WIFI. It seemed like an ongoing problem because a friend who had stayed for over 2 weeks threatened to leave the hotel and he was provided a personal WiFi device. The windows couldn’t lock properly in room 110, I woke up around midnight to a choking smoke from people smoking around the pools area. The music noise was disturbing too. I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The poor internet connection. The loud music from the poolsides at midnight. The plates and cups used to serve breakfast were always wet. Sometimes, I had to wait for them to wash up plates before I can eat.
