Back again for third time. Some noticeable positive improvements this time since under new ownership. My favourite place to stay in the Peaks. Especially if you enjoy walking & peaceful surroundings.
Had a slight issue with boiler, but owner rectified this issue within an ample amount of time. Very easy to get in touch with owners during the stay & were ever so accommodating.

This is one cute place to be, clean and well equipped for your arrival. The surrounding area and the view in the morning you can’t beat it absolutely will be returning again, our dog Fifi loves it too 🐾

The location is wonderful for walkers like us - the scenery is magnificent.
Oh dear... there were many little niggles -things which did not work well - but the main problem was the double bed which was exactly six feet long and squashed between walls. As I am exactly six feet tall I could not stretch out and it was impossible for us to sleep in the same bed. The beds in the second room were very narrow and the mattresses not really for adults. So I slept on the long and quite comfortable coach in the living room. We were very glad we had not come with the family. The caravan was very poorly insulated so serious heating is needed in May.
