Ideal location to the beach, restaurants and the town of San Pedro. Appreciated the convenience of parking underground. Felt extremely safe with security on the premises and the gated community.
For a stay of more than two weeks we suggest that you provide additional towels and linens for your guests. Also the bread, chopping and paring knives could use a sharpening. And some measuring cups and spoons would be nice.

Spent a lovely week after attending a wedding. The apartment was super clean, very modern and everything was ready for our arrival. Check in and out were easy. Extremely comfortable and well supplied with all the comforts of home. The area is terrific and everything is within walking distance..didn’t use our rental car once! Many thanks.

The apartment is very spacious and clean
The pool area is awesome and house area is very nice. The location is great just few steps from the beach and all the restaurants. We really recommend this place for a nice vacation in San Pedro.

Beachfront Location
The flat was spacious, spotlessly clean and in the best location across from the beach and the boardwalk, and a short walk to all San Pedro has to offer. Colleen and Thomas are lovely to work with.

Spacious apartment with morning sunshine on balcony. Fabulous pools and pretty gardens, right by the sea. Near lots of wonderful restaurants along the promenade and 5 minutes to the town.

This is a great appartment close by the beach. With 2 big swimmingpools with the posibility for small childs to swim on the first 20meters of the pool (goes around 80cm on the deepest point I think) Everything you need is available in the apartment. The guards at the front gate are very helpfull if you need anything (like a taxi).

Immediately on the beach, a short walk for San Pedro 'old-town' with great restaurants and bars. The apartment has a lovely terrace, underground parking and excellent (huge) pools with sun loungers and lots of space.
