Location. Spacious. Endless beds (sort of lol). The house was exactly as described and more than enough room for multiple families. Bunk beds for the WIN for families with kids. Game room and theather kept the kids entertained and the kitchen allowed for a big family fest. The house is VERY close to Walmart, casino and camelback. The house is off a main road and easy access if you're concerned about not have 4WD, but 4WD is recommended. The house has a great back yard with a hill that was used by the kids to have their own sledding session lol. I would definitely book again and Scott was readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had.

We stayed for a long family weekend and this was a perfect house for us! We had plenty of space, which was so important after the babies went to sleep, enjoyed the large kitchen and living room for all hanging out together and the basement for games and movie nights. We found that this was the right amount of space for us as 7 adults (65-31), 1 teenager (14), a 5 year old, 2 year old, and infant. Rooms were clean, kitchen well stocked and the host was very easily accessible if we had any questions!

This house has so many beds. Great for 2-3 families. My children loved the movie theatre! The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all our needs!

My friends and I wanted a quick weekend getaway from the craziness of life and NYC, and Scott’s house was the perfect getaway. From the first communication, Scott was swift and on top of things. Very organized and made sure I was set up with everything I needed for the weekend. First, the neighborhood was beautiful and the house was exactly how it was listed on the site; ample parking space for 5 cars and a truly large space on the property. Bedrooms, bathroom and communal areas were as listed and great for a large group. The only issue I can say, and not a fault of Scott, was the internet was out for the first night. There was a storm the day before and unfortunately it affected the internet, but Scott was on top of it when I reached out and got the internet provider involved to fix the issue the next morning. Overall, the process could not be any easier, and Scott was great to work with. I’ll definitely suggest this house to anyone!

The beds were so comfortable. The jacuzzi didn't work. We were unable to get the electronic games to work in the basement gameroom. Although it had a strange stench initially, the movie room was a fun experience and the surround sound was amazing. Overall it was very nice. The workers at the pool and office and the people in the community were very nice. The garage was messy and trash was left behind from the previous renters. We put all of the trash out including theirs. The trash dump was closed when we left so we pulled the cans to the curb. Anyway. Thanks Vrbo. It was fun

I have to say this property is truly amazing, due to the weather some day it made it difficult to go places, but guess what? Staying here we didn't mind, because we enjoyed the inside of the home with game room and the movie area. My family and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. My family already excited for the trip back. The owner more than amazing, always available through phone call or text, respond quickly any problems we had he was on it. I recommend this place for families. Can't wait to go back.

My experience renting this property was nothing short of amazing. The house was more beautiful in person. The pictures did it no justice. Everyone had a blast. We even saw a family of deer when we arrived. Overall my fiance was definitely surprised and enjoyed his 40th surrounded by family.

We have been renting properties in the Poconos for the past 15 yrs and this property has been the best one so far. The house is huge with plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. Large open kitchen and immaculate bedrooms. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

This is a lovely house that is very spacious. My family was able to have a good time together but had our own space when we wanted to. The kitchen is beautiful, the theater room was fun and the kids loved the game room. The deer made a special visit to us every day, which was an added bonus for the kids. The host is very attentive and answered any questions we may have had. I would certainly recommend this house.

Only suggest would be to bring a hamper or something to store dirty/clean clothes, the rooms don’t have much storage for clothes. Scott was VERY accommodating to any questions/concerns we had. Truly wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay, which we definitely did. Will definitely be back!

I have to start by saying that Scott was amazing and very accommodating to our problems but the stay wasn’t what we were expecting. He sent a handyman over to replace disgusting pots and pans, replace a broken door and umbrella, and deliver a new shower curtain to replace a moldy one. So, Scott really tried to help but there were issues that made our stay disappointing. We weren’t able to check for an hour an a half after check-in time because the cleaning crew was still there. The kitchen floor was sticky and gross. Scott purchased Swiffer pads at my request so I could clean it, but that didn’t help. The kitchen floor needs a good commercial buffing or replacement. The kitchen was supposed to be “fully stocked” but it had very little of the items you would expect to be able to use it functionally. One pre-arrangement we had was to have a few of my daughter’s friends over to celebrate her 13th birthday. We planned on an outdoor party with lawn games and cake on the deck. The deck was a mess with chipped and peeling paint and furniture was broken and dirty. The yard had cigarette butts thrown all over and items left from the previous guests. We couldn’t have the celebration we had planned. That was the real reason for our trip because we wanted to make her 13th birthday extra special especially because of the recent months of quarantine. We also planned to take them to the pool and beach. We weren’t made aware that the pool was only open on weekends and the beach was closed due to high bacteria levels. The basement rec area was nice but the tips on most cue sticks were broken and we couldn’t find one complete dart. The movie room was very nice but the couches were missing the back cushions so it wasn’t as comfortable as it should have been. I also didn’t feel safe there because the door code isn’t changed between guests. We paid a lot of money for this house and I don’t feel like it was really worth half of what we paid. It’s not kept up with as it should be to keep guests happy and coming back again.
