Excellent location for what we needed. Great place to kayak from and explore.

The home was good for our family and great location. My only gripes are that the deck is in rough shape and a hazard, and they only provided us with 8 towels and no back up linens whatsoever. In the description it said towels were provided but “suggested” bringing beach towels but that towels were provided. It was a towel a person for an entire week lol. Also they said there was a baby gate provided and upon looking and not finding it we called and they brought one over but it did not fit the opening it was to small we didn’t call back.

My family stayed at this location for a month, so we obviously were able to pick up on smaller things that could be done at the property that we definitely would have missed if we were there for a short time. The location is IDEAL and being on the lake was great.
However, I booked the property for the yard for my children and in a months time they only had it mowed once upon my request. It was far too high to utilize, so the price tag for lack of maintenance was ridiculous.
They also state that there are to be no pets. We booked the location thinking that this was a general rule - but there are dog rugs in the entrance and near the kitchen table. We found dog hair in the beds, sheets, and towels. I would definitely not book this location if you have an allergy as we had to wash all the sheets and utilize our stored sheets due to my husband's allergy.
Again - GREAT location and probably excellent for short term renters - however I would not recommend if you are a pet free family and have small children.
