La cucina è ben attrezzata con un signor Caffettiera Coffee & Keurig, fornello lento, frullatore e tostapane bagel e nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 8 e il bar 3. Situato su un cul de sac, in un quartiere tranquillo e rilassante, il cottage si trova sul lato ovest del fiume Little Pigeon a soli 2 minuti dalla Parkway. Cammina giù dal parcheggio coperto con 3 auto fino al fiume per andare in metropolitana, guadare o pescare o goderti la vasca idromassaggio sul ponte con vista sul fiume. Porta i tuoi kayak e galleggia nell'Apple Barn. Goditi la natura lungo il sentiero e osserva le oche, i germani reali, le aquile e gli aironi blu che visitano ogni giorno. Tavoli da pranzo alla griglia e all'aperto, altalene e bilancieri sono pronti per il tuo divertimento sul posto auto coperto e sui ponti. Sono disponibili l'obiettivo di basket e vari giochi da tavolo, PS4 e un tavolo arcade da 60 giochi con TV via cavo e WiFi da 200 MB. Conveniente per l'Apple Barn, e molti altri ristoranti, nonché tutte le attrazioni locali. Dollywood è a 12-15 minuti di auto. Hai un facile accesso al Smoky Mountain National Park, ai campi da ballo di Gatlinburg, Cal Ripken e a tutti i centri congressi Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was very cozy and decorated for Christmas.
Our Family had an enjoyable Christmas Day and we would recommend this cozy spot on the river to friends.
Our hosts were very friendly and made sure that we were taken care of even though there was a little hiccup in the check in process. If you are local and have a big family to cook for I would bring supplies as there was just basic necessities. Overall, a nice place and would recommend!

This house provided everything we could ever want for a family holiday. The christmas decorations were a fun touch but the kids really enjoyed the games. Each room has a private bath. We loved the location, so close to town anf right on a beautiful river. One of the cleanest homes we have stayed in.

Awesome place to stay and very convenient to parkway. Only suggestions I would make would be the addition of bathmats in the bathrooms as the floor is very slippery when stepping out of the bath or shower. Also, the kitchen could use more than one kitchen towel and wash cloth for a week's stay. Finally, the kitchen needs potholders as there were none. None of these are a big deal as I just when to Walmart and purchased but these additions would help keep other guests from having to do that.

The cottage is the perfect location close to the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the quietness of the Smokies.

This place has a great view of the river. The inside is well equipped. Better than most. Do have to walk up stairs to get in and out of house. The neighborhood is quite with a small walking path.
Wish it had a way to secure the front door while inside overnight.
Just far enough away from town to make it more enjoyable. But close enough to get to everything.

It was a great place to stay for our family vacation and fit us perfectly (3 couples + 2 children). The location was convenient. We appreciated having a table where we could all eat together.

We enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed. Loved being close to town but felt like we were out far. Very quiet and loved sitting out on the porch hearing the water. The hot tub was nice to come back to after a long day at Dollywood!

We loved the house! The river in the backyard was awesome for fishing. The games upstairs were fun for the kids on rainy days. Great location. Close to everything. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

This was the prettiest and cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. Every detail was taken care of, from the light switches being labeled down to outlets next to every bed. It was immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable. Very quiet at night and peaceful in general. TVs in every room to accommodate multiple families, every appliance and utensil available for kitchen use, and the best location in the heart of it all without any of the hustle and bustle of the city. The porch overlooking the river was the most serene and the kids had the best time swimming in the river. This is definitely the loveliest home we have stayed in and we have made some of the sweetest family memories here. The owners were extremely responsive with any inquiries we had and we are so happy to have stayed here. Next time we come to Pigeon Forge, this is where we will stay, for sure. Absolutely loved this place!❤️

The property is a clean, well-maintained, lovely home. The river in the backyard made evenings on the porch spectacular. Great location to Dollywood and area restaurants. The house was the perfect size for our family and very clean! Very peaceful at night on the porch . The geese were everywhere but nothing that anyone control over with that.

We stayed in this area before and enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything while still having a quiet area for our family. We enjoy the fishing access and walking trail. However, what sets this chalet apart is the amount of seating in the living area, the 2 swings and picnic table below. Owners were responsive to questions. We plan to return to this unit.

We had a wonderful trip and loved we were so close to the main strip of pigeon forge. Rental was very clean! Pictures doesn’t do it justice! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. Plenty of space for everyone to sit in the living room. We loved all the wildlife we had outside. We enjoyed the hot tub and had plenty of towels. We will definitely be back to stay.

Very inviting, comfortable and clean home. Situated in quiet neighborhood. Close to everything yet felt secluded. Did not utilize the kitchen except for making coffee and keeping drinks in the fridge, but looked well stocked. Enjoyed the outside seating, the hot tub and feeding the ducks. Comfy beds and living room seating. Especially liked the large wooden rocking chair. Definitely will stay again next trip to TN if available.

We stayed here over the long weekend. It was centrally located and in a great neighborhood. The creek behind the house made it even more enjoyable. I would definitely give this house a 10/10 and we will definitely be staying again!
