Spacious clean apartment, quite luxurious. Well equiped kitchen. Shower superb and quick to deliver water at correct temperature. Wifi good. Two keys in key safe so two people can each have their own. Close to harbour.
There is a washing machine but neither a clothes horse nor a retractable indoor line. The apartment is 3 floors up so a long way to carry luggage on arrival and departure. These are minor drawbacks, unless a potential visitor has mobility problems.

This flat is perfectly located in Ilfracombe, rightnext to the harbourand on a street with some nice shops and cafe/bars. It's comfortable and stylish with some lovely details yet without feeling like a show home we'd be scared to touch.
The rooms are generously sized and the kitchen had everything you'd need albeit we didn't cook.
Great communication too with helpful hints of what to do and where to hike.
Not property related but we didn't research enough to realise how small Ilfracombe is and that restaurants closed early and only open on certain days. So I'd recommend bringing food and using that well equipped kitchen to make sure you eat well.

The location was close to all local amenities. It was very well appointed with better than expected kitchen facilities. Bathroom was perfect and even had a bath mat that is essential for me to prevent slipping. Bed was comfortable as well as the lounge. I was visiting during the winter, but that was no issue because the heating on the property was perfect. This property exceeded my expectations.
There is very little I could say that I didn't like. Maybe the fact I was in a top floor apartment meant there were 3 flights of stairs to use, but this only goes to make me fitter! Not a bad thing.

The apartment is so spacious and very well equipped and furnished. Communications from the owner were exceptional regarding the arrangements, driving directions and local amenities. The location is very central for the harbour area with great restaurants and cafés.
The stairs were a challenge with heavy luggage. Parking was more expensive than expected but there are plenty of spaces available close by.
