Midsomer Manor Near Bath - Hot Tub & Lodge
Midsomer House è una bella casa padronale costruita in epoca vittoriana (1840). È una struttura molto grande, che vanta 6 camere da letto, 2 bagni e 3 servizi igienici. È perfettamente situato nel cuore del sud-ovest e dista solo 20-30 minuti di auto dal centro di Bath e 40 minuti dal centro di Bristol. Stonehenge, Wells Cathedral, Longleat e Glastonbury a breve distanza in auto.
La Midsomer House si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Midsomer Norton, che vanta numerosi bar, pub, supermercati e negozi. C'è un centro ricreativo con piscina, palestra, campi da squash, area giochi esterna per bambini e skate park di dimensioni standard.
La casa è divisa su 2 piani e dispone di riscaldamento centralizzato, riscaldamento a pavimento e aria condizionata.
Il primo piano dispone di 6 camere matrimoniali, composte da 2 letti Super Kingsize permanenti, 3 con la possibilità di essere letti gemelli o Super Kingsize (su richiesta), 1 x letti King Size permanenti. Altri letti possono essere forniti per dormire fino a massimo di 16, sebbene si tratti di divani letto (ottima qualità).

Very spacious house.we were 13 adults and had more than enough space.Clean and well equipped.Very comfortable beds even the sofa beds!Quiet location and yet only a 5 minute walk to the high street, where you find everything you need.(We were short of tea spoons & only 10 dining chairs but we fiund our own solution)

We used the house for a belated Xmas family gathering. There were 11 of us. The house was very clean and very big. It had games, a pool table a hot tub and a barbecue. That entertained us so much we almost couldn't be bothered to go out sight seeing. In summer you would be able to sit out in the garden but this was January and rather rainy.The only glitch was the first two cars to arrive couldn't find the house. We used satnavs and Google maps. The main road was very busy. Once we had worked out it was between two Chinese restaurants and had black and white posts outside it we were fine.The teenagers were delighted to have a room with a double bed all to themselves. The kitchen, two living rooms and the barbeque hut were big enough to hold our whole family comfortably.

An ideal location for our get together celebrating 40years since we commenced our nurse training & friendship.A comfortable property with ample space and a real home from home feel.Excellent communication from our hosts, who responded promptly to all queries from the point of booking to checking out, and we're genuinely interested and concerned that everything was perfect for our stay.The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and we all slept very well.The showers could be a little temperamental but nothing we weren't able to overcome.The kitchen and dining area was ideal for our needs and a sociable space.We had a slight issue with the hot tub not heating to temperature which was successfully resolved when we contacted Brett & Niki. The hot tub was a little touch of luxury for the end of our stay.Midsomer House is on the main road through Midsomer Norton but we weren't really affected by road noise during our stay.The back garden, seating areas, Inuit Hut and hot tub were perfect entertaining, relaxation and socialising areas; importantly it was also very private.For us all it was a perfect stay. The house upstairs was good with comfortable beds. downstairs space was as expected but the property is looking very tired and cleaning leaving a little to be desired. An example of this was when the oven was turned on the fumes from the oil left in the bottom created a terrible smeech hence we had to clean it before being able to use it again. Another potential problem is where the taps are switched across the property between Hot and Cold where Cold should be on the Right side, so it meant cold water could be drunk from the hot tap without knowing it before it got hot so the water was from the tank. The instructions for controlling the heating and how to put on the outside lights were not to be found, The Hot Tub was good and the parking.
