This felt like a home from home, I’ve stayed in many hotels however the kind welcome interactions with the hosts may have converted me forever.
the property was clean, comfortable and the additional of dressing robe, towels and a full stocked mini fridge and snack selection was just a cherry on the top.
P.S make space for me because i’ll be back soon
there is not a single thing i would change

Excellent, excellent and excellent. Staff were wonderful. Friendly. helpful and so kind. Would stay there again as they were so down to earth. And lovely people. Room was great, shower was excellent. Really comfy. And loved the fringe.

The bed was very nice, the property was very clean and I had a nice evening with one of the hosts.
The shower wasn’t really useable, the toilet was had two doors, one was going into the hosts daughters bedroom, this made it very awkward to go to the toilet, I felt very self conscious and wasn’t sure whether to lock the door leading to the daughters room or not, I didn’t want them to think I was prying into her room or anything. I was also told by one of the hosts the previous evening that he was very relaxed about checkout and he would be around all day. I was then woken up 15 minutes before checkout and told I had to get out immediately and I couldn’t even wash, this was the most frustrating part of the stay. The snacks made available in the room were also quite expensive.

The Breakfast was nice with flexible eating times, a wide veriety of cereals, fruit, toast spreads along with many types of tea, coffee, milk and juice to choose from. The bead is clean & comfy and the friendly staff really make aa great effort.

The property is very clean and there are lovely people there

Lovely room with ensuite toilet and shower in a family house. Visitors are well looked after and the facilities available and breakfast were very good. Just be aware that dogs are part of the family and very well behaved.
At the time of visit the ensuite shower was broken BUT this did not affect the visit and the family bathroom was available.

Very welcoming and friendly host, nice comfy room
Shared bathroom via interconnecting doors was a little strange, and continental or cooked breakfast only available at extra cost.

Lovely host, room was very tidy, fridge loaded with all sorts but may have to pay.
I will happily recommend Little Acorns to anyone having anything to to around Hatfield and environ. I forgot to mention that there are loads of free parking spaces in the area.

Lovely friendly hosts, quiet area with plenty of parking; really convenient location too. The double room is relatively small but perfectly fine for the night and the hosts made access very easy for coming back late in the evening.

the couple who run the B and B you couldn’t fault,even gave us a lift into town.
we knew we had a shared bathroom but wouldn’t stay here again because of it. Otherwise it was a great stay with a lovely couple

it was the closest property to Harpenden I could find for a very last minute trip and it was perfect!
