Location and cleanliness of the place
The staff very concerned about money . I asked for a taxi and they quoted me x 4 the normal rate , so I just got an uber .
I wanted a drink with ice and they said I have to pay , I was like of course I will pay for the drink .. they said you to pay for ice too.
They spoke in their language and said ask for extra he will not know . I don’t look like a Bangladesh person but I answered back in Bengali and they was embarrassed and apologised .
Even in the breakfast . They said the cheap basic coffee is free but other coffee you have to pay .. it’s all about money here

That perfectly describes my experience at Omni.
From the moment I arrived, the team was genuinely engaged and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel more like a guest in a home than a customer in a hotel.
A special thank you to Roxana and Imran, the manager, for your exceptional hospitality and personal engagement throughout my stay. While every member of the team was welcoming and attentive, I had the opportunity to interact with both of you more often, and your commitment to making every guest feel valued truly stood out.
Thank you to the entire Omni team for making me feel at home. That, to me, is what genuine 5-star hospitality is all about.
