Being in a small bamboo forest provides a nice atmosphere. The house itself was okay.
Based on the information provided, I expected 7 normal beds, instead of 1 two-person bed and futons. Also a bath seemed a bit more like a pool in the photo's, while it actually was a small onsen. The price to use the onsen should have been included and is a bit expensive for the offer. It would have been easier if the staff would have spoken english, instead of Russian or Japanese. The location has no restaurants or shops in the vicinity.

"Outstanding property with all the amenities you could want for a family retreat. With optional Karaoke, Large Outdoor Bath, and Yakiniku (BBQ), we spent more time at the house then we did away from it..."
