Everything from the listing was what I was looking for convenient to Disneyland, stores that we needed were near by.
Minor inconvenience’s
I reached out to Management team on 1-19-24 in regards to a baby gate. Dawn I believe I talked to over the phone said they would bring a baby gate the next day 1-20-24. The baby gate was never brought. I never reached back out in regards to it.
Had a parking issue. It needs to be stated that the garage is standard and is not truck friendly. We had to park in front of the gate and we learned was first come first serve parking. I reached to I believe dawn on 1-19-24 letting her know the issue. She said someone would call tommrow 1-20-24 to make sure that’s not an issue. Never got a call to follow up. It wasn’t till our last night 1-21-24 that we had an issue and couldn’t find parking so we had to pay $20 at the Hilton hotel down the road cause across the street from the town house there are signs that say no parking. I was not going to chance my truck getting towed. VERY limited parking.
We didnt let that affect our stay but just inconvenient.

While the listing is accurate I will call out that the interior of the home is not as refreshed as what the photos show. The home when checking in had a very musty type smell and the floors did not feel
clean. This said, we did not feel uncomfortable and there was sufficient space for our party with each person having their own bed. I appreciate that shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided, along with a hair dryer in every bathroom. They also provide laundry soap and dryer sheets which was also very appreciated. The location is within walking distance to Downtown Disney if the parks are the purpose of your vacation.

While the property didn't 100% match the listing, it was clean & comfortable. The beds are a bit firm, but comfortable after a long day in the parks. Downtown Disney is just a short walk from the rental, which was convenient as we didn't have to deal with parking. We found that the neighborhood was quiet; was also great to watch the Disney fireworks from the balcony. We would absolutely stay here again!

A short 15 minute walk to Disneyland, this condo has enough space and all the amenities you could ever need for a nice family or friend vacation. The only issue is the constant texts, emails and giant signs all over the house reminding you that you're being watched on camera past 10:00 pm. Nothing wrong with house rules, and it's not like we were planning on throwing ragers after a whole day at Disneyland anyway, but they treat you right out of the gate like you're planning on breaking their stringent rules and the constant reminders got irritating. Other than that, great stay and amazing place.

Nice place very spacious. It’s close to Disney probably too far to walk with kids, but makes for a cheap Uber. Quiet gated neighborhood. Gate does make it a pain to drive in and out of garage because you have to park in front and walk in to the house to open gate. We had one of the other residents upset for taking too long at the gate. Otherwise everything was clean and furnished. Everything you could expect for a house at this price point and I would stay again.

What a great location for our family vacation. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do, without being to crowded in a city, or away from it all. The house met all of our needs, and we had a fantastic trip.

Our stay here was perfect. I was hesitant when I saw a lot of reviews about the traffic and you could honestly not hear it at all. The master bedroom was perfect for my family especially having a little one. They even supplied beach equipment so you can take to the beach. The Neighborhood was very quite and I was able to go to a lot of neighborhood stores. We were very close to Disneyland which was nice so we could go and come back without a long drive or it being inconvenient. I would say the overall stay was a 5/5 I would highly recommend.

Close to Disneyland, however, it’s on a very busy road which was very noisy while we slept. Three floors were a little hard on a pregnant mom and toddler. They had new dishes and pots/pans, and towels that were nice. Also, the washer and dryer were nice to have on the second floor and they left us laundry soap for our use.
The house probably needs some upkeep- it was really clean, but some items needed repair- towel racks in bathrooms were missing. The flooring is all hard with no carpet which was fine, but some pieces need to be replaced. There was a stroller they left us but the wheel was broken, however, they had a couple of really nice strollers we used for Disney. It was great to not have to bring our own.
The property manager was awesome! She responded very quickly to a few issues and was great to check and see if things looked ok.
My real complaint was something I’d suggest for them, but may have been my own fault- we had 6 adults with us and there was no place for 6 people to sit together on couches or chairs, except the downstairs kitchen table. That worked for playing games but we couldn’t sit and watch a movie together anywhere. The big TV was in the master bedroom and a smaller one in the 2nd floor family room area, which was weird- it would seem you’d want the bigger one for a group of people. But there was only a couch and one chair anyway, so we couldn’t all sit to watch a show anyway.

This is a great location if you are planning on visiting Disneyland! The house was clean and well stocked for a multi-day stay. The street noise was considerable but not a deal-breaker. Since this property is likely rented by Disneyland goers, it would be great if there was a binder that had information about where to park, local places to eat, shop for groceries, etc. The check in/check out app mentioned a couple of places, but overall there wasn't much information there.
Finally, just a couple of things: the third floor deck did not have a screen door so it was unusable at night for fresh air. Also, none of the bathrooms had bath mats for the tub/shower.
The company was good about texting at check in and check out time. When I texted back about asking for help regarding the gate opener, no one ever got back to me.
Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this to another traveler!

The overall experience in this home was good. It was easy to get to with a very short 5 minute drive to Disneyland.
One of the things we were not prepared for was the road noise. The house is located on a main street and the bedrooms have windows facing some portion of the street. The road noise was very hard to miss at night, especially with the beds being uncomfortable and noisy.
Another item we did not enjoy was not being able to wear shoes in the house, this is a rule given at time of check in. I must have missed this when booking this place.
I will say that the convenience of having a whole house that could accommodate a party of 8 was nice and stressful at the same time. There are so many rules to follow that it is hard for a family with younger children, ages 4 and 5, to be able to not be on guard at all times.
One item I appreciate that I did not take advantage of was a text message received at time of check-in asking about the cleanliness of the house. The house as a whole was very clean, aside for some of the cooking utensils, which still had food on them. It can be difficult to check everything, so I can't blame the cleaning crew as much at the previous guests who think a dishwasher will remove all stuck on food. Thankfully it was nothing some dish soap and a good scrub can't take care of, which was all provided.
Although I love the location of the home due to its proximity to Disneyland. I am not sure we would stay there again.

We had a great time visiting Disney. We stayed for New Years. The home is close to the parks but we opted to drive each day due to the weather and the number of items we took with us. We didn’t do much at the house, mostly had breakfast and slept but it was nice!

This property is perfect if you are going to Disneyland or California Adventure. The property is just over a mile walk or a 10 dollar Uber ride to Disneyland. We did both and both were easy to do. I would suggest a ride home after 10PM as there is a large homeless population in the area and walking home after 10 was a little sketchy for my wife. As far as the property it is perfect. They have pots, pans and all the necessary items to make your own food if you dont want to pay for Disneylands crazy prices. We did Breakfast each day at the home then ate at the park for a late lunch then dinner/snack when we got back after a long day. You could also easily leave the park mid day and come back for a mid day rest at the home. Everything was clean and tidy. It was nice to have a garage to park in and be in a gated community. One of the owner had parked in the guest parking spot for the full 3 days we were here which was annoying but not a huge deals since you have a garage. It just made it so you had to park in front of the gate, run inside to open the gate then pull into your garage. Overall though I would strongly recommend this property.

We stayed here for a family trip to Disneyland. The condo was the right size, clean and comfortable. The walk to the parks in the mornings were fine, those late night walks home were a bit rough. Not because of safety concerns, but the distance. Communication was great and everything was as described. Will look to stay here again and probably figure out parking at the parks next time.

Treehouse is a great name for this fun property. Each level was small, but lots of space vertically for a family to spread out. Beds were comfortable and the home was clean. I will say the rental process was the most complex I've experienced. There was a google form I had to complete as well as a contract. With the amount of paperwork, I felt like I was buying the house not renting it!
Be advised the walk to Disney is several long blocks, while the property itself is close, the entrance side of Disney is quite a distance.

Good Disneyland Spot
The property was great for what we needed. Plenty of room for 9 of us, 5 adults, 3 kids. Didn't spend much time on the property, basically just slept there. Was about a 15-20 min walk to Disneyland. The check in process was super easy and convenient. They had everything we needed; dishes, coffee, soap, laundry detergent. Neighborhood seemed nice. Was on a main road so a lot of traffic as we walked. I would recommend to a friend

My friends and I had a great time at the property. Everything was as described in the details. The owners were very prompt in my communications. It's a casual 20 min walk to the Anaheim Convention Center. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. Thanks very much

Good location, awful beds
The location was close to Disneyland. There was a garage which was great to have parking. It felt safe. The house had ample space for my family of four and my mother-in-law. My biggest complaints were that it did not feel as clean as it could be and the beds were uncomfortable. The soap dispensers have just been refilled quite a bit so there was dirt and debris under the pump. So it reminded me of a gross gas station soap dispenser that’s been refilled and is grimy. My feet were black from walking around the house. The sheets and bedding had dust or lint on them and just didn’t feel clean. In the master bedroom the bed near the window squeaks every time you move and the other bed is so warn out on the edge that you start to roll off the side. My kids were crying on the last night of our trip because they missed their own beds. My 3.5 year old twins both said, ‘the beds are hard and too loud.’ The couches were not the comfortable. However we didn’t spend much time on them in the evening anyway. The check in and check out process were easy. It was easy to reach the owners, and the location was great. If they fix the cleanliness and update the beds it would be great.

When ever I had any questions they were quick to respond and also quick to act with an issue that we had that was more of a slight inconvenience than a problem. Would definitely book with them again!

Great location
It was east to get in and out to go places. Disney land was close but just far enough away that we still drove (because my mom required assistance) otherwise it would of been about a 20-30 min walk. The place was nice and clean. About 30 min away from Huntington Beach. We had a great time! Having a garage and being inside a gated community definitely gave us more peace of mind too. When ever I had any questions they were quick to respond and also quick to act with an issue that we had that was more of a slight inconvenience than a problem. Would definitely book with them again!

My children also noticed on some of the stairs on the 2nd floor there were nails slightly sticking out, barefoot you could really cut your feet. The garage was not big enough for our chevy silverado. It did advertise that they have strollers but they're broken. Over all it was a great stay. Close to everything we needed. My children loved watching the Disney fireworks from belcony 🙂 Would definitely stay again.
