Communication was 10/10 . Anything that was wrong the owner made right by it 100% would come back and the view plus the access to the beach

Great place, however was not disclosed that the entire building is under construction. Scaffolding up and down building, drilling into walls, one working elevator, no beach access from this building ( have to carry your stuff next building to access). Would not have rented had I known about construction. Owner offered 200 credit but haven’t seen that yet.
