The gated parking area was great for motorcycles and the extra shower and washing machine area was very useful. Generally a very spacious apartment.
The immediate area was a bit rough.

clean white bedsheets, nicely decorated, homie atmosphere.
nothing around, the house is at the end of a dead end road and youth can be loud sitting around smoking and drinking since the dead end has benches where they can sit and chill, although they were present they were respectful and kept the noise at reasonable levels and left before quiet times. Also the main circuit box makes a clicking noise like a pounding when a relay goes on and off. shower has no overhed holder for the shower head and no coffee machine.

"Cozy house in Central Athens! Vasilis is an amazing host and very helpful and kind! The parking in the yard is also very convenient."
