This property was very nice and clean. We suspected we’d be in the middle of student population… and while there were some students it was very quiet. The train was no bother at all! The birds however, that start up about 4am, is a whole other story!! Loudest bunch of birds I ever heard!! We found it funny bc there are earplugs on each nightstand for the train… we attempted to use them for the birds 10/10 property was perfect for our group of 8. Very convenient to downtown and stadium. Will book again if we are in the area!!

Place was exactly as advertised. Appreciated the amenities like bottled water, snacks & bathroom toiletries. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with what you need to prepare food.

The host is so communicative, very accommodating and the condo is beautiful! It has everything you could think of while being away from home, and it’s a nice leisurely walking distance to great restaurants, bars and Clemson shops. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again!
