Our group enjoyed the deck, views, outdoor tv and seating, pool table, shuffleboard, watching deer, lots of fridge space and comfy common areas and beds! Great space.

Wow. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and had an absolute blast. This place has absolutely everything for the kids (and adults) to have fun. There is a TON of room both inside and out. The rooms were all very well appointed and the views from the living room at sunset cannot be appreciated until seen in person. We didn't have a single issue. Brooke is the best host and we plan on making this an annual event!

There’s a good reason for all the 5 star reviews. This place is well stocked, beds amazingly comfortable, property is loved and cared for. They even upgraded the rope swing while we were there, even though the last one was just fine! And owner’s responses were always immediate.
Also, this is the best part of the lake. Period. Quiet cove, and once out of the cove you’re at hells gate and the beautiful cliffs of pk.

We loved our stay. Everything was perfect! The house was wonderful for our crew! Lots of space and the garage games were a blast. Great fishing, boating, location, etc….will definitely be back!

The Vrbo owner saved our family trip! Our original vacation house sustained damage in a recent hailstorm and had to cancel the night before. We were so lucky to find a window of availability at PK Lake Time. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our reservation request with less than 24 hrs notice.
The house was perfect for our family of 10 (ages 12 through 76). We had a great time playing games, watching movies and preparing meals in the great open family space. We also grilled, hot tubbed, star gazed and played all the garage games.
This was our first vacation at PK so we rented a boat at Bluff Creek Marina and toured the lake. It was cold but we highly recommend so that you can see the beautiful lake and houses.
We wish we had more time and plan to come back again in the future. Thanks so much!

This property was the perfect for our quick little weekend getaway. The house is beautiful and very clean. The owners were very kind and quick to respond to questions. The back patio and game room garage were great for entertainment. Will definitely be back.

Had a fabulous weekend with friends and family. The place is spacious, cozy, clean and the owners have included very thoughtful touches. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Owners are quick to respond and there are easy directions for everyone from check in checkout process to ground rules to what the area has to offer. Would definitely go back!

Everything about this property was amazing! The house was beautiful inside and out with a stunning view. We rented this house with two other families from our baseball team since we were playing at rocker B ranch. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and all the open space. The games in the garage were an added benefit for everyone as it kept us all busy. The house was simply beautiful and very well maintained. Even with the number of people we had, we all had our own space and plenty of it! The hot tub was perfect since it was a bit chilly while we were there. The beds were very comfy and the lines were great! I don't think there's anything the host didn't think of for our travels. The host was very nice and quick with communication! We would love to stay here again during the warmer season to take advantage of the lake location and use the boat dock connected to the property. Definitely a 10/10 property worth every penny!!

Daughter and friends had a blast. Swimming from the dock. Kayaking and the ease of taking them out on our boat to tube. Along with the game room/garage the girls were constantly entertained. Adults enjoyed the scenery and the peacefulness of the quiet mornings and evenings on the patio. Also enjoyed the night fishing from the dock.

This lake getaway is just as described. Our family of 14 had plenty of room with beds for everyone. The back patio was a great hang out for the kids to play and enjoy the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and it was a nice touch to have all the drawers labeled. Couldn't have been any better. We plan to rent this VRBO again!

Booked for a company retreat, along with the house next door. The properties were amazing and beautiful! Perfect for what we needed. The boat dock was really awesome, and we had lots of fun with the kayaks and rope to jump from the dock.

Luxury Lake Vacation
Our friend group of 12 adults stayed here over the weekend and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is so beautiful and decorated gorgeously. It was so clean and spacious and fit us all wonderfully. There was so much to do. The views off the porch were beautiful. The dock was awesome with easy stairs to get out. Huge plus for us! The rope swing was so much fun! Had an awesome stay at this beautiful home! Thank you again!

Wonderful trip!
We had such an amazing weekend at this property… so much to do, a great location on the lake… our kids loved jumping off the dock swing, over and over! We will be back. House is clean and beds are comfy… all the comforts of home, with plenty of games/entertainment for everyone.

Had a blast in Possum Kingdom
This is my second time staying at this property, and it was just like I recall. Great times were had by all. It was incredibly hot there, so the upstairs AC had some issues (Brooke is working to resolve), but we had about 20 people (adults and kids) who all had a blast.

This property was amazing! From the house itself to the dock for our boat and proximity to hells gate- this checked all the boxes! We wish we could’ve stayed longer, however, we will certainly be back soon!
