Situato a North Island 1717 Carolina Beach Avenue. N. Unità 8B. L'unità è un condominio al 1 ° piano con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, arredato con gusto e spazioso piano aperto. Master camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato completo e terrazza con vista sulla piscina. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale con accesso al bagno della hall completo con vasca / doccia. Le TV a schermo piatto si trovano in entrambe le camere da letto e nel soggiorno. Cucina ben attrezzata e lavatrice / asciugatrice full size nella sala da bagno. Ci sono 2 divani letto nella zona giorno, (1 letto Queen e due letti singoli) se hai bisogno di spazio aggiuntivo per dormire. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia o pesce dal molo. Master bed was hard as a rock, had to move to the guest bed to be able to sleep. Light bulbs missing from some lights, beach out front is blocked due to erosion, would have been nice to know ahead. It was nice, just not worth that price!

Last year we stayed in the unit beside of yours. We had an issue with our air conditioner the 1st day but it was corrected pretty quickly. The unit was beautiful & extremely clean.
Unfortunately, on your unit, we did not have enough cooking supplies to cook. We didn’t even have enough supplies for forks & spoons. I actually purchased some plastic cups for people that rent after us to have if they need.
This is not a unit we will use again.

Close to beach,pier and Tiki bar enjoyed the stay

The condo was very well kept for its age. I forget how small a queen bed is but the PM, Sheila, was amazing and so accommodating. I loved the view and the proximity to the pier. The beach was not nearly as crowded as some of the other local beaches and it was a perfect mini getaway.

Sisters and brother together reliving our childhood..
As children, we would go to our family reunion in Fayetteville, North Carolina, then to Carolina Beach. Our parents lived there in the 50s. We relived lots of memories while we were there.
This condo was very clean, and in a wonderful quiet area. We did choose this location, for the Carolina beach pier. Our father would take us fishing there as children. We did not realize that a past hurricane had taken most of the pier, and it was no longer for fishing. My sister is handicapped, so we thought it would be easier for her to take her scooter to the pier to fish. We did a short drive to the Kure Beach pier to let her go fishing. Everything was perfect, with an exception of having to chase the car parking tag, everywhere we went. When more than one car door was open, the wind, would blow it out of the door. I think maybe it should be attached to one of those child clip on clothes hangers. We did end up losing one of them,so I guess we will be charged the $20 fee..

This condo was in an amazing location very convenient to the beach that wasn't severely overcrowded. Unit was clean and quite. I would happily return again.

Visit was great. There was a big building having construction right next door. Nothing that can be done about that. Part of the beach was closed for erosion repair. Also unavoidable. Other than that, all was great.

Wish I could write bad things about this so that it would be available whenever I wanted it lol! Our stay was nothing short of wonderful! It had everything we needed, it's located perfectly and we couldn't ask for anything more.

Even though it was raining on my visit. The place felt like home and was perfect for relaxation and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The property was well insulated as we did not hear neighbors dogs unless we open the front door. The locals are friendly. The ability to cook was ideal..

Two elderly women seeing if they could still make the trip. The biggest problem was our parking space, scrapped my car and had to have help from a worker one day to exit the parking space, steps = need one with elevator, but we loved it once we were in even though we never managed to get the TV on. We had help from everyone there. Restored ou faith in human kind.

Coffee pot dirty, toaster oven very dirty (unusable), sliding door comes off track(makes apartment not secure) and living room fan not working. If you try to pull light on it sizzles. Electrical problem we think. The light switches in the bedrooms do not turn on the nightstand lights. Dangerous for me who is handicap. The bathrooms, bedrooms all clean. Towels and bed linens clean. Overall we were pleased. Hope to come again in fall and spring. Hopefully issues will be taken care of. Thanks had a great time. Thanks for the wine.

Location was great, ocean view, easy walk to the pier or the beach. The unit was clean an slept 6 comfortably. The owner is responsive to questions. We would definitely stay again.

Renting was easy, access was easy, location was great, furnishings, decor and appliances very outdated. Sliding door, especially screen door in bad shape. Lots of cockroaches, which was very disappointing!

The property was in an excellent location to the beach and nice pool too. The condo itself was nice and larger than I thought it would be, however it was a bit outdated. There were loose tiles in the master bedroom and the bed was very uncomfortable, and we had issues getting the washing machine to work and the beach side deck lights weren’t working. All that said, we would definitely stay again, because of the location and property manager prompted call back, when we had issues with messaging through Vrbo.

This condo was very close to the beach which was very convenient. The unit itself was good but could use some updates. We had everything we needed but the kitchen was in need or organization and the cupboards really needed to be cleaned out. The sliding doors did not lock in either room and we had a 3 year old with us. Not safe. There were no extra blankets either and we had to use the pullout couch. With that being said, we still had a good time.

Everything was perfect. Great location, loved the beach being so close. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony seeing and hearing the waves. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. My bed slept wonderful. My son did a lot of fishing and loved it. He loved the convenience and not being crowded was a ++. He is already talking abt our next summer stay. My 4 yo grandaughter and her mother LOVED the beach. My grandson and gf came down for a short stay and they slept on the couch pull out. They did say it was not to very comfortable. My dogs enjoyed their stay also. It was nice having them with us. Other than the pull out, everything was "PERFECT. " Looking forward to our next stay there.

This place wasn’t terrible but it was the worst VRBO I’ve stayed at so far. To be clear I’ve had nothing but great VRBO rentals in the past. The decor was very outdated, bathrooms need remodeling, there was very little in terms of extra blankets & normal home comforts. Owner asked us to do the laundry but was very inflexible about letting us check out late even though the time would have been spent stripping the linens. The location was absolutely amazing. We did appreciate that.

A few things missing that would be just nice to haves: No dishwashing liquid, no light bulbs working in fixtures on patio, no extra toilet paper beyond the 3 partial rolls between two bathrooms for 5 people. Some substantial sized bugs visited the patio but none inside, no trouble really. All in all we had a great stay, walked the beach, toured the shops and enjoyed the visit!

Great Condo
We had a lovely stay at this condo. There is a great view of the beach and pool. My teens enjoyed going to the cafe across the street for dunks and food. Thanks would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing
The condo was nice and well kept. We enjoyed the ocean views and the salty breeze. The area is not crowded and very peaceful. Everything that's needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We will definitely be back.
