Very helpful staff. Spacious, modern, clean building and room. Perfect location opposite BigC and a couple of minutes walk from BTS several bus lines.
There is a lot of noise from the street and all the ACs.

Tidy and new.
We stayed in room 3. The air conditioning was weak in one room. The doors scraped against the floor and wouldn't open fully. Still, it was better than average for Thailand.

It was clean very calm
Location was not good away from all facilities

Location is good and quite convenient. I am looking for a night before flying out so this place works for me. The scene when entering the reception. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
Bathroom floor traps water when bathing, slow outflow, flooding the bathroom, and the next day is slippery and smells not clean. Foam bath a bit smelly like being mixed with an old foam bath. The room window is open to a carpark lot. Better to keep the curtain closed.

"Fantastic value for money, great staff, extra water provided on day 2 was an unexpected bonus. I am particularly grateful to the security guard who facilitated me checking in late."
