Questa adorabile casa accogliente è stata acquistata nel gennaio del 2020, dipinta di fresco all'interno e decorata da un noto designer Aiken di Nandina. A quel tempo è stato anche aggiornato con tutti i nuovi arredi e biancheria da letto. Ha un sacco di parcheggio sulla strada e un po 'fuori strada, un incantevole cortile privato tutto su un terreno di 0,5 acri. Siediti sulle altalene del portico, fai una passeggiata nel famoso quartiere ippico, in centro o al favoloso Wilcox Inn. Va tutto bene intorno alla posizione di questa casa. Whiskey Road è a solo un isolato di distanza che è il principale corridoio commerciale di Aiken. La posizione non migliora. Affitti con un minimo di 2 notti, settimana o mese. Myself and four others booked this house to stay in while in town for a wedding. House was great! Very clean, better than the pictures, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, snacks and all the basics we needed.
The location of this house is perfect. I walked every morning and the scenery was so beautiful….horses, fields, pastures and beautiful homes. Quite street and a great neighborhood.
If ever back in Aiken, we will book this house again.

This is by far the best property at which we've ever stayed.
It's so quaint and the owners go out of their way to provide for your every need. This is our second visit to this adorable house and we love it even more!

The house is lovely in the historic part of Aiken. It is situated near to downtown and Bruce’s field. The neighborhood is safe with lots of history. Cottage is well appointed with all amenities.

We stayed at the property during the week of July 4th for our older sons golf tournament. My parents came in from the UK, so we used this opportunity as a little getaway. The house was fab! It was such a quaint home, extremely well manicured in a beautiful neighborhood. The home was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hosts we’re incredibly responsive and welcoming. We had a blast! I would highly recommend this home! We will be back!!!

The cottage was in a great location. From the time we pulled up to the curb and walked in , the cottage was everything as advertised . The owner were absolutely fantastic. They even left condolences and a gift on the passing of my mother. 5 stars and more. Thank you.

Our stay at the cottage was perfect with great communication with Terry leading up to the trip and even day of, prior to our arrival. The cottage was very spacious and spotless and upon our arrival there were snacks that came in handy throughout our stay. The cottage comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults, with plenty of beds and living areas. It's walkable to Aiken's restaurants and an easy drive to Augusta. We LOVED our stay! Everything was first-rate, from the location to the check in process, from the yummy snacks to the wide range of reading material about Aiken. The only "nit" was that the 3rd bedroom did not have a door. We fashioned one from a tension rod from the kitchen window, and a blanket, but looks like this would be an easy thing to fix.

We would not hesitate to stay again in this cozy, clean and well appointed home. The beds were comfy, Terry’s home is beautiful decorated and the house was immaculate. We appreciated the snacks and selections of coffee and tea, and when we had a minor question Terry responded immediately. Close to downtown Aiken and very convenient!

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. The home is comfortable and is stocked with everything you might need during your visit. Extra special touches were included, too, like fresh baked cookies upon our arrival. Very close to the horse park and downtown area - great location. Owner very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. The location is just a couple blocks from downtown, and the neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. The house is perfectly furnished- comfortable and well-appointed; there is a nice terrace surrounded by flowers and a big grill out back. The kitchen has everything you could want; the appliances (including the washer/dryer) look brand new. We arrived after a 7 hour drive, and there were snacks, cold sodas…very thoughtful and we so appreciated it! The house was immaculate…and the bed linens were the best. Definitely stay here if you can…I could move in permanently!! I can’t wait to return.

Thank you for the welcome basket of very good wine and snacks. The Info about Aiken was very helpful and we appreciated being able to walk to the downtown area for great restaurants. We hope to be back and would highly reccommend.
