Questa deliziosa proprietà è nascosta piacevolmente in una strada privata, ma è ancora a pochi passi da Kelly Beach e ancora più vicino all'atterraggio della barca a Little Beach. La casa è stata completamente ridipinta e riarredata, compresa tutta la biancheria da letto e da bagno nuova. Amerai il piano piano aperto mentre entri tra cui una grande area soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo. La sala da pranzo presenta un tavolo e una panca su misura che funzionano perfettamente in una stanza circondata da finestre in stile cattedrale adornate con alcuni bei pezzi di vetro colorato. I proprietari sono molto orientati alla famiglia e come tale la casa è predisposta per i più piccoli per divertirsi tanto quanto i loro genitori. Non vedo l'ora di fare presto splendidi ricordi di vacanza in questa proprietà molto accattivante!

Dream home in beautiful location. Too bad it rained the entire time but the home was beautiful and the gardens were amazing!

Owners thought of everything you need. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Have access to one of the top beaches in the state probably the best for both kids and adults. Safe for the kids as it doesn't have sudden drops, undertows or rip currents; as the beach is protected on both sides but parallel to the open water. Great for riding waves for adults and kids with boggy boards as it has a a gradual slope. Owners even have bikes you can ride to the beach.

Kelly was wonderful to work with - her communication was timely and very helpful. We found everything as described and enjoyed a relaxing three weeks. Great vacation experience!

I cannot express how perfect this home is! Absolutely lovely! I have stayed in many VRBO homes in the past 8 years and this one is one of the most welcoming, gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and wonderfully charming. We especially enjoyed spending time outside with the birds, rabbits, and squirrels. Bird seed and dried corn cobs are provided for guests to restock the feeders! Loved it!

This is a truly special property located in the best little neighborhood. The location is quiet and calm with lots of little critters to keep your eyes entertained as you view them from the porch, deck, or many windows. Our family was very comfortable in this home. It was well stocked which makes the transition after travel so easy and we felt very welcome. Our family had plenty of space to relax, play games, cook yummy meals, and prep for visits to the beach. We appreciated having solid beach chairs available to us and having a few bikes to cruise down to Kelly Beach on is an awesome perk as well. Thank you so much for helping us create a dream family vacation!

We had such a wonderful time at this lovely house in Bonnet Shores. Kelly and Bob were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to make things warm and friendly for us and our kiddo. The rooms were great, the decorations were lovely, and the location was perfect. Nice and quiet, and in walking distance of a small, private beach that was absolutely gorgeous. Close distance to Newport as well. We would absolutely stay again. Don’t pass this one up!

Beautiful house for our daughters college graduation. Conveniently located to URI! Great indoor and outdoor space for family party. Very clean and nicely decorated with beach theme! Kelly was very easy to deal with, always answered all of my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this house!

The house was amazing- decorated for Christmas and personal touches throughout. It was a warm and comfortable home filled with Beach themed decor and thoughtful notes and gifts for my two granddaughters from the wonderful hosts!

Kelly and Bob were such great hosts during our thanksgiving stay in Kingston. The house was well equipped with a cozy feel with all of their fall and beach my decor. We loved the welcome gift! We would love to come back and stay in the summer as this house is minutes from the beach.

Kelly and Bob were so gracious, warm and welcoming. Their charming vacation home is exceptionally clean, well-equipped and wonderfully comfortable.
The view from the restful front porch treated us to a show of red and grey squirrels , rabbits, various birds, including hummingbirds, an osprey and an occasional deer.
The weather was great, the Kelly Beach water was warm but most of all, staying at Kelly and Bob’s VRBO made our vacation, PERFECT!

We had a terrific time in Narragansett. This home is exactly as photographed, very comfortably furnished and well stocked for those that enjoy cooking. We rented for 2 weeks and enjoyed riding the bikes provided to the private beach, day trips to Block Island, Newport, Jamestown and Watch Hill and all the great restaurants nearby. The owners are very responsive. Check-in and out was seamless. We would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. Kelly and Bob thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We especially appreciated the kid-friendly spaces as we were traveling with a 5 year old and 21 month old. We enjoyed our time at Kelly Beach which was clean and not over-crowded. The Beach House Stay
“The Beach House”, as our five year old grand daughter coined the property, was just fantastic!
Firstly, the communication was so complete and the VRBO hosts are over-the-too great and gracious!
Secondly, the cottage is CLEAN! That is always the most important, and they Crushed it!
Thirdly, their home is in a quiet and quaint neighborhood a very short walk from the beach, and is akin to a story book.
We travel to Rhode Island to visit with family frequently and by no means will we forget this Beach house!

The property is ideally located to the beach, University of Rhode Island and Newport. If we were in need to head back to Rhode Island, this property would be the first one I would search for.

The house is amazing and was even beautifully decorated for the holiday weekend. We had some last minute changes and Kelly & Bob were very understanding. The property is ideally located to the beach, University of Rhode Island and Newport. If we were in need to head back to Rhode Island, this property would be the first one I would search for.

We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at Matunuck Oyster Bar.
Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge is a wonderful place to hike and see birds. The beaches in the area are beautiful! It was a great place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the sunny spring weather.
