La ubicación del piso,la tranquilidad y la playa muy cerquita

La ubicación del apartamento fantástica, dos minutos la playa y Puerto Marina.

If we needed anything we just messaged the property owner directly.

No fault of the apartment owner but the apartment block did not have a room to leave luggage when we checked out of our apartment. They would not allow us leave our luggage with us in the garden while we swam. Robans the travel agents down the road kindly allowed us leave the luggage in their (small) office until they closed and then a kind man allowed us leave it in his apartment until we were going to the airport.

Generally nice apartment and clean in a great location. Beds were a bit hard and could have done with an extra pillow. That said, I would return if it wasn't for the checking in experience. I will not be returning.

We were delayed and arrived approx 10pm at accommodation and nobody was there to greet us. There was a helpful concierge but he didn't know which apartment we were booked in the apartment block. The vendor sent me an email to say he/she was at the property but wasn't. Emails back and forth for 40 mins and I was just about to book elsewhere as I was thinking I had been scammed. Eventually the vendor phoned the concierge to direct him to allow us access. We were already late and ended up staying in that evening after this episode. Really disappointed!!
