Everything was smooth even without meeting the owner. Thank you

Great location and value for money

Nothing wrong, just smallish

Proximity to train, cleanliness, washing machine, very affordable. couple of good eating options near, and also convenience stores. Would definitely go back and recommend.

For the price, nothing; just consider it a small room if you have big luggage.

The location is quite convenient, with a nearby metro station making it easy to get around. There’s also a 7-Eleven and several other shops close by, including a great coffee place and a bakery in the neighborhood. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment includes a washing machine with detergent provided, plus a balcony area with extra space to hang laundry to dry.

Honestly, this was the most disappointing accommodation of our entire three-week trip to Japan. The room and the building overall felt quite gloomy. The biggest issue, however, was the direct location: it's situated next to what appears to be a warehouse, and every morning from around 5 a.m., trucks begin loading and unloading with loud, continuous noise. Unfortunately, the provided earplugs were not effective, as the sound easily travels through the entire building, which features an open staircase and minimal soundproofing. Had I known there would be engines running right behind the head of the bed every morning (literally!), I would have booked somewhere else.
