This property was nice and clean. There’s a great view. We had an issue entering as we did not know how to work the keyless lock. Steve answered my questions quickly and we got in. Being able to park in a garage was a big plus.

Location, restaurant choices and activities in area are excellent. Need to replace the shower head, only half works. Needs a shower in second bathroom to be a suitable rental for 2 couples.

This condo is located in the heart of downtown on the channel and is in perfect walking distance to shopping, food, dessert (3-4 ice cream places within 2 blocks!), the farmers market, and much more. It’s a short drive to the beach, but we have toddlers, so a trip to the beach requires so much gear, we wouldn’t have wanted to walk anyway. One thing to note is the parking garage below the building and the dedicated parking space. We visited at the tail end of the coast guard festival and the ease of parking was awesome! The condo itself is well furnished and clean. The view of the nightly summer light show is unbeatable. Again, with toddlers, a nightly walk down there at 10pm is not feasible but stepping out on the patio was! The kitchen is well furnished for cooking. They provide cooking spray, salt and pepper, and a decent spice rack. The bathrooms are spacious and the laundry was especially useful for us. The unit is exactly as pictured. Steve was very helpful when contacted. He is also quick to respond via VRBO and e-mail. We had a great time!

We LOVED the location of this property. It was perfect walking distance to shop, eat, and enjoy the area. The quick drive to the state park was fantastic. We under estimated how crowded the state park would get on the weekend, so it's easier to park and walk or get there early. Regardless we loved the beach and the close proximity to the condo. Our kids enjoyed walking the boardwalk and getting ice cream at Temptations. The condo was fantastic and the views of the musical fountain were our favorite. It could get a little loud at night (weekend) because of the location, but it still felt very quiet. Keyless entry was great and easy to use. We recommend bringing bug spray because the mosquitoes were out. Unfortunately we did not bring any. The condo had everything we needed to clean up and use to cook meals. Everything was great except the blind did not work. It was up when we got there and we did not want to mess with it, as it didn't seem to work from looking at it. The washer and dryer set is great, especially for our family with young children. The bedrooms were spacious and were able to accommodate a pack n play in the bedroom our other child slept in. We had a fantastic stay and can't wait to visit again! Especially at this specific condo.

Excellent time over 4th of July! Though no fireworks this year, we did enjoy the musical fountain every night. Walking through downtown every day was also a plus. Found many good eating spots. Owner was very responsive to questions that came up.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and it had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location to walk wherever we needed to go.

Unit was very clean and fresh and as described in listing. Great location everything within walking distance. Weekend evenings road traffic and outside festivities can get pretty loud up to 10-11 Pm. Kitchen had basics for light cooking. Netflix was a nice touch. Parking and check in were easy. Only issue we had were the beds being rock hard.

This location was so convenient. Walking distance to shopping, lots of restaurants and the beach! The balcony offers a great view of the Musical Fountain as well, which plays every night. Checking in was super easy, as was contacting the host with any questions that arise. Thank you!

Was a perfect getaway for relaxation and a change of scenery.

We would definitely rent again. It was right downtown and sunsets were beautiful to see. We enjoyed our families in the area. There was plenty of room for them to visit and have meals together. Also liked downtown being right there with the heated sidewalks. Thank you Steve and Amy for sharing your condo. Looking forward to more trips back.

We had excellent Communication with Steve and he answered all our questions within a very short time. The location was ideal for our week stay for my birthday. Everything was supplied in ample amounts so we did not have to go out to purchase anything. The fire table on the patio was a nice feature for the October weather. We have already booked a stay for next year. Not sure about the beanbag.though. Just kidding. Thanks for offering

The only area I knocked off a star for was cleanliness because the floors really need cleaning. Otherwise it's pretty much 5 stars in all other areas. We'd definitely stay there again.

Fabulous place to stay! Decor is clean and relaxing. The view of the river is beautiful. We could walk everywhere from this condo. 5 Stars

This condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! The owners were great! I was able to get a hold of Steve immediately by email, because he got right back to me each time I messaged him. They do not give the address or phone numbers on VRBO, so communication was thru message and email. We chose to drive to the beach each day, as we had a lot of things that we took back and forth. I will say the windows are pretty sound proof to the outside, as there was construction going on beneath our building on the park area across the street. That is temporary, but while outside, it was too noisy, but not so bad indoors! Everything is comfy and clean....very important to me and my college-aged sons that traveled with me. This pandemic is ongoing...and they had just implemented masks be worn everywhere the day we got there. Every local shop and restaurant was friendly, offered outdoor service, and catered to their customers while serving us with masks! We are from IL, so the lack of humidity in MI was much-welcome! Would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at The Sailfish at the Zephyr! This is a newer condo building in downtown Grand Haven and the location is perfect for parking the car, in the garage no less, and enjoying a stress free walk-able vacation! The condo is well appointed and clean offering couples or families pretty much all that they need. We truly needed "a break" and enjoyed that all of the natural light is in the public spaces of the unit and the bedrooms are dark and quiet nooks of rest! Steve was great to communicate with and I would highly recommend staying at the Sailfish if you can! I know we look forward to coming back again someday!

We had a great time! Can't get any closer to the restaurants/shops than this, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
