We had a very pleasant stay here in Yufuin. The house was very clean and the location is convenient, close to the main tourist area in town, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants.
We appreciated having a kitchen to cook, and the BBQ set we ordered was well prepared with plenty of food. The host was also very responsive and quickly helped whenever we had questions or needed something.
One small thing to note is that there is no washing machine, which may be inconvenient if it rains. Also, the toilet is inside the main house while the bathroom/onsen is located in a separate unit outside.

It felt like a home. Nice views. Clean and cozy.
It would be good to have a washing machine and a better lock.
