Plenty of space for 6 adults. Room to spread out and find private reading spots. Excellent facilities, utilities, everything you might possibly need was there. Good location, 1 km from main street, but walkable. Bush setting, lovely bird sounds incl. kookaburras each morning. Extremely clean inside, nice linen and towels.
The downstairs air con struggled with 34 degree heat, and upstairs wasn't working. The exterior and grounds a bit scruffy but interior was beautifully clean. Neighbour sensitive to any noise at night. Driveway a bit tricky, quite steep, with loose gravel.

Central location. Individual clean rooms for our group. Considerate host who was responsive.
Property is a little dated but clean and well serviced.

Location was perfect for us; close to many Yarra Valley attractions. Easy access to shops 10 minute drive.
The cold rainy weather. But we'll go back in November when the weather should be better.

Air conditioner in lounge area didn’t cool.
House had cobwebs inside & some mould on walls.
Branches along driveway need pruning, scraping car.
