Like the new building was clean and spacious
I was charge too much money for having my pet. $20 fee plus $25 cleaning fee. My dog is very well trained and would not make any mess. Other hotels charged me $20 deposit and that was it. I think this hotel charge it’s too much.

Staff was nice.
My room had a bad odor and room service tried to get it right. I had febreze room every time I entered. After I return home my clothes still had the odor.

my back hurt due to the bed, the bed was too small for a couple, and I was afraid the bed would end on the floor. sheet and pillow case was not crisp and clean (gross), shower had hairs everywhere (gross). Breakfast was just ok

Once they cleaned your room. Never received fresh towels. The wifi never worked!

Room rates changed nightly. Hotel workers were ver incompetent. 39 nights there and had to head to the front desk multiple times. Most likely will never book tuere again
