I really like when you can enjoy a hostel experience but also have a private room.
The bathtub was rickety.

Convenient location, many shops and restaurants nearby, MRT and big park in walking distance. Big rooms, bed is comfortable enough. Service is OK.
Hotel outside and inside looks very worn, musty and in need of repair and updating. Room was with smoke smell, shabby walls, plaster was falling off the walls, the bathtub creaked underfoot. Poor breakfast options.
