The location could not have been better.
I did not realise there was stairs.

The location was perfect for visiting Canterbury, just a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and town centre. Nice green park opposite. The apartment was light, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Parking was convenient.
Minor issues only - paintwork could do with a refresh in some places. Could do with a shower screen or curtain in the larger bathroom. Lighting and ventilation could be improved in smaller bathroom.
Apartment is on top floor, fine for us but not for people with mobility issues.

Great location - 5 minutes to centre of Canterbury and easy to get to from motorway.
Clean and well kept - had everything you need on site
Tight car park but provided you take your time can access parking space.

It was very near Canterbury East Station and all shops
When using the Basin in the bathroom no hot water.
Near a park and very noisy in the evenings.
