This was our first time to Carlton Landing. We had a great time! This house was the perfect size for our family of 5. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect for the kids to run out front and play frisbee/football/soccer while we made breakfast and lunch. It was a convenient walk to food, coffee, beach, playground and entertainment.

We had a wonderful time on this trip. Carlton Landing is a great little (and growing) community. We rented a golf cart from a local rental and the kids had a blast carting around to the three pools. The houses were beautiful. The parks are great. The people are friendly. We had such a great time and plan to return here again next year and the family can’t wait!!

We loved this location and the space. It was perfect for our group with four active boys. They loved this park in front of the house and hung out with other visitors playing every game you can imagine. It was a perfect getaway with nothing planned. We will be back!We did have trouble with the TVs upstairs but it didn't stop the fun!

We loved our stay! The home was clean and cozy. It was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed being right on Firefly park as all of our friends came over to play there. A perfect location- not far from everything we wanted to do!

We absolutely loved our stay at Three Arrows. It was in a perfect location too. We were around the corner from The Meeting House and the field in front of the porch was perfect for our kids to play in. A lot of other families enjoyed the field too, pick up football games were played on the field by different people staying in the surrounding houses. The upstairs is wonderful and big enough for our kids to watch their own TV and play. Will definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay! There were a few issues the first day but the Carlton landing team addressed everything asap, someone was there right away fixing things up. The house was so beautiful, clean, and perfect for our larger family. Our girls loved the park out front and the awesome back yard.

Great location!
We loved our stay! The location of this property is only 1 block away from The Meeting House and one of the community pools and 2 blocks from the beach and marina. The property was in need of some minor repairs (a couple toilet handles, refrigerator door ice maker and the gate handles weren’t working properly), but overall everything was comfortable and worked well for our crew. We loved the vibe at Carlton Landing and will definitely return!

The property was cute, clean and comfortable with the exception of the master bedroom. It was a good 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house and I couldn’t feel any air coming from the vents, so we had to sleep with the door open to make it bearable. Also, there are 2 serving plates and only one medium sized bowl in the house. I was trying to cook for 6 kids- this was nearly impossible. Lastly the house on the left side was messy with toys and garbage in the yard and even had a mattress on the front porch- yuck. You’d think that the HOA or management company would be all over that.

Fall Family Weekend. The home is beautiful but many light bulbs were out and the home was not well cleaned. The floors were not swept & trash (including used Band-Aids) were found throughout the home. There were not sufficient supplies, and we only stayed 2 nights. Ran out of paper towels on day 1 and certainly didn't have enough dish detergent to keep the place clean with 6 total guests. Sad that our inquiries weren't responded to either. I sent a total of 3 requests/inquiries via email and still, none of them have been responded to. We know what CL can offer and if this had been our first trip, I can't imagine justifying spending that amount per night with that level of cleanliness and customer service.

We enjoyed the Three Arrows property. There was plenty of beds and seating space for our family of 6. The property is central in the community making it easy to get to the swim beach and pools. I rated the cleanliness three stars only because we had a spill on the kitchen floor and the paper towel was quite dirty after wiping the floor.

Pros: New, beautifully decorated, uncluttered, comfortable beds and furniture, awesome location midway between town amenities
Cons: Very thin walls, no curtains to block summer sunlight from bunk bed room, very thin curtains to block sunlight in master bedroom french doors, leaky kitchen piping that we had to deal with.

The place was very nice and loved Carlton Landing, BUT it was obvious that whoever cleans the house does an awful job. Filthy floors, fingerprints on glass, literally and end table upstairs with dried food on it, big food crumbs on the floor by the couch (which my toddler picked up and ate before we could stop her), etc. I expected an immaculate facility honestly and was severely let down on cleanliness.
Also, just small annoying things that shouldn’t be the case in a $300/night facility - the furniture felt piecemealed together and cheap, for example the headboards are for different sized beds and therefore aren’t attached to the beds (because they can’t afford a new beds I guess) and they shake and smack the wall when you get into and out of bed, the master bed is smaller than the guest bedroom for some reason, the couch had nasty stains on it, you can’t use the master bedroom closet, was also really frustrating that the main “hospitality” department would never answer when we called to ask about different things.
Overall, the owners of this facility need to try to live in the house and they will see all these things.

This was a convenient place to stay. The only negatives were there was no place to hang any clothes in the first-floor bedroom and no blinds on the bedroom's French doors. (We bought some clips to hang up towels.) The light colored sofa in the living area was stained. Overall, we would stay there again.

Three Arrows located on Firefly Park is a lovely home. The location is it’s number one Plus! Our family enjoyed the closeness to the community fire pit, meeting house, and boat dock (excellent fishing).
The kitchen is VERY sparsely equipped, and the quality of the cookware is less than satisfactory. I’m glad I prepared most of our food at home.
The only closet downstairs was locked, so there was no place to hang our clothes. Would be lovely if better equipped

Our family of six (four kids ages 1-8) enjoyed our second stay in Carlton Landing in Three Arrows. This kid-friendly home was perfect! It had bunk beds, games, a bathtub, second living area, and wonderful park right outside the front door! We loved the covered parking, front and back porches, and location of this home. The kitchen had a great supply of dishes so we did not have to wash frequently. However, the kitchen tools were basic so if you plan to prepare anything (ie muffins-no muffin pan) you may bring your own. The management was helpful in making our stay go smoothly as well. Can’t wait to return to Three Arrows!
