Cercate un po' di relax lontano dal frastuono cittadino?
Bene! La nostra casa è l'ideale. Siamo in aperta campagna nelle colline umbre , tra Gubbio , Perugia ed Assisi , circondata da olivi e verde . Respirare aria pura di campagna, a 650 mt s.l.m., vedere i colori meravigliosi della natura, i profumi delle piante ed esplorare le nostre colline anche in bicicletta a disposizione dei nostri ospiti, non ha prezzo. Panorami meravigliosi.
Dopo una giornata trascorsa fuori per visitare le nostre meraviglie umbre, avrete anche la possibilità di rilassarvi e consumare i vostri pasti all'aperto nel nostro portico con tavolo e panche in legno, dondolo , barbecue e forno a legna per cucinare prelibatezze.
Saremo tutti i giorni presenti per accudire i nostri asinelli, le galline e darvi supporto per una vacanza in totale RELAX
La casa è arredata in elegante stile "ARTE POVERA"ed è così composta:
in ingresso :
SALOTTO con camino e tv,
ampia CUCINA con tavolo allungabile,
FRIGO E FREEZER ,
LAVASTOVIGLIE ,
MACCHINA per espresso, bollitore, tisane , cesto di benvenuto
BAGNO con vasca
DUE CAMERE di cui una matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli, entrambe dotate di TV.
Un comodo vano LAVANDERIA e solarium si trovano adiacente la casa.
Esternamente sotto il portico potrete rilassarci e consumare i vostri pasti nel comodo tavolo con adiacente il BBQ e il forno a legna.
Difronte , il recinto degli asinelli , delle galline e il nostro uliveto.

Well! Our house is ideal. We are in the open countryside in the Umbrian hills, between Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi, surrounded by olive trees and greenery, so green. Breathing pure country air, at 650 meters above sea level, seeing the wonderful colors of nature, the scents of plants and exploring our hills even by bicycle available to our guests, is priceless. Wonderful panoramas.
After a day spent outside to visit our Umbrian wonders, you will also have the opportunity to relax and have your meals outside on our porch with wooden table and benches, rocking chair, barbecue and wood oven to cook delicacies.
We will be there every day to take care of our donkeys, chickens and give you support for a holiday in total RELAXATION
The house is furnished in elegant "POOR ART" style and is composed as follows:
in entrance :
LIVING ROOM with fireplace and TV,
large KITCHEN with extendable table,
FRIDGE AND FREEZER,
DISHWASHER,
COFFEE MACHINE espresso,
BATHROOM with bathtub and
TWO BEDROOMS, one double and one with two single, both with TV.
A convenient LAUNDRY compartment is located adjacent to the house.
Externally on the porch you can relax and have your meals on the comfortable table with adjacent BBQ and wood oven.
