No communication on how to pick up the keys on arrival. Had to call the host after I arrived, and give them their due they only took 5 minutes to get there, however i didn't know to call. so communication to this effect would have been appreciated.

Caravan was ideal for our stay.
Didn't realise there was no bath towels but that was probably our own fault.

So much to do. The lighthouse tour was lovely and loads of info, the beach was a two minute walk as was the entertainment complex.
Caravan was cosy and clean with everything you need!
Host met us at reception and drove us to caravan and showed us around the caravan which was lovely and a personal touch rather than just picking up keys from a lock box.
Couldn’t fault the stay at all

Beautiful setting, caravan was lovely.
When we phoned to get access. We were greeted with an obnoxious rude man. We had proof that they agreed to allow us earlier entry. He told us he knew nothing about this, and it When I said we got confirmation, he replied. Its nothing to do with booking.com. Rather weird when that's who he uses, and that's who we booked through. So eventually, we got into caravan. Lack of communication there. Also attitude was poor in this kind of business.
