A bit too old furniture and bad smell from the bathroom.

Location and facilities.

The house could be a little bit more clean in special the bathrooms.

The stay was pretty much cool and we liked the apartment a lot. It's located in a nice condo building with private access. Underground parking with an allocated slot was a major advantage. The hostess (or the lady who checked us in) was polite, helpful and very friendly. The apartment itself is very spacious, well-renovated and fully equipped. There was even a separate room with a washing machine and drying racks. The best part is probably the ocean view. All in all, highly recommended.

The only drawback I could remember was that the humidity in the apartment was quite high (not sure if it's the ventilation issue or the common local peculiarity).

The location is a lovely safe neighborhood with beautiful views. The apartment is supplied with all necessities and is spotless and very comfortable
