Very clean, tidy and organised apartment. All the facilities for cooking supplied. Good location for the metro into town. Safe area at night.
Area for sitting outside could have been better: seating old and garden needed weeding.

I had a clean and cozy room that smelled lovely, and it was cleaned every day. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the kitchen was super organized and clean. The self check-in instructions were very clear - I found the process very convenient. There are a few nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the metro station is just a 5-minute walk, which was really convenient for us. The WiFi was stable. I truly enjoyed my stay, thanks a lot!
There was some noise in the building after 20:00 which was a bit disturbing

I really enjoy the neighborhood. It’s very calm, quiet, and close to transportation (metro, train, good car access).
The check-in and check-out were very smooth.
The room has a private bathroom, which is a big plus for me. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.
It has a big kitchen and an outdoor area that I didn't have a chance to use, but it seemed well-equipped and organized. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would repeat it!
The only thing I would point out is that it had a subtle smell like mold. There was also equipment that sounded like a fan; I think it was to improve the air circulation. It was off during the night, so it wasn't a big problem.

The location is good, outside the center, more residential, and easy access to commerce and public transportation.
The biggest problem was that the light and the exhaust fan took more than 15 minutes to turn off and were very noisy, especially at night when trying to sleep.
