The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful and it was relatively close (10-20 minutes) to most attractions. The house was clean and had just enough space for our family of 4.
Nothing really stands out. Just be aware there is only window air conditioning in the kids bedroom and front room. So the master can be a bit warm depending on the outside temps (even with the provided fan). Also minor, but the house is older and the floor slants downhill a bit. The kids loved it but could be disorienting for some at first.
