The house was extremely clean and the pool was great.

We didn't like that there were no extra supplies. We had to buy paper towels, toilet paper, there were only 2 wash clothes had to buy our own, both bathroom toilet paper holders were broke, the tv by the pool didn't work very well and there was no cable only antenna tv which only had about 10-12 channels. Also the couches were not comfortable at all and neither was the master bedroom bed. The management team was great always answered the phone and made sure everything they could take care of they did. Andy was extremely helpful. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We did enjoy our stay despite a few hiccups.

Enjoyed the pool the outside sitting area and the large, roomy house

having all the information on the place and what is in it written in English. It was in some foreign language

The size of home and being on the canal.

Pool isn’t heated and we never got to use it. Not being equipped with the basic needs.

Seriously, this is the 2nd stay with this company and at this location!!! I cant even begin to explain how awesome our stay was each time. We have stayed at other homes in FL and this company and property exceeded our expectations. So clean and new.. really I cant say enough..

Nothing. This house was amazingly clean, on a waterway, canoes and bikes included upon request..

The staff and owner were very helpful and accommodating. The House was absolutely beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was there for us to use. My family and I had a wonderful time!!

Traveling with adult children, it would have been nice to have TV's in the bedrooms, other than the living room and master bedroom, and lanai. But it worked just the same
