Very convenient location and perfect for a family trip together!

Second time staying. Love the location. Condo is well stock with everything you need. Ocean is crossed the road. Just a short drive to historic St Augustine. Highly recommend this condo. Michael is great to work with.

Wonderful location right down the street from the public beach access. The condo was VERY clean and owners were very easy to reach and communicate with at anytime during our stay. We defenitley will be back in the future!!!!

Micheal was very nice and made the check in and out process very easy. He was quick to respond to any questions and answered them with no problem. Very nice house and the ammenaties were nicely stocked.

This rental has everything you would need. Including a nice private patio, large kitchen, and gas grill. Convenient beach access - walking or driving. Close to the inlet.

It surpassed our expectations. It was well stocked with whatever you would need for your stay as far as towels, linens, cleaning products, tools and cooking tools. very nicely decorated and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Great kitchen for family cook's, kids loved the TV in every room. WII needed some batteries and had 1 game that didn't work. Really happy with the the whole package. My wife would like to go back again sometime ;)

We just returned from our vacation in St Augustine, FL. Due to COVID we booked it at the last moment hoping to avoid crowds, while still enjoying the beach and some vacation activities. This property was perfect choice for us. A few min walk to the beach across A1A (the road was not too busy and we crossed with no issues) and convenient to downtown and many nice restaurants. The place was clean and well stocked - we travel a lot inside and outside US and always appreciate the owners who show thoughtfulness and kindness - there was spring water in a fridge, even a bottle of white wine to welcome us, paper products, coffee, tea - everything you need to start your vacation without running to the store for every little thing. Truly home away from home. The community pool was clean and we were the only ones there every time we used it. The beds and furniture is very comfy, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Mike was a pleasure to communicate with - responsive, friendly, there to answer any questions! Crescent Beach has a very nice wide stretch of the pristine sandy beach and not crowded in that part. The water was warm and clean. There's so much to do in the area (The Lightner Museum, Washington Oaks Gardens and Beach, the Pirates Museum, the Lighthouse and exhibits, old town St Augustine are just a few of our favorites). If you like coffee shops and good pastries, La Taza and Les Petit Pleasures were great! Some good lunch choices from Mango Mango, Burrito Bowl, Brazilian kebab downtown. We ordered food out mostly to stay safe and a well appointed and cozy home made this easy to enjoy and still feel like vacationers. We would definitely stay here again if come back to this area! Heart warmed thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us and making us feel safe during this crazy year. It was important to us to have a peace of mind during this trip and we are grateful for that.

Condo looked like it had been recently remodel. It had plenty of room for our family, especially since it stormed daily while we were there. Kids enjoyed having TV with Netflix in each of their rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, including ones you don’t normally see in a rental (crockpot and air fryer). Patio was nice with the patio set and flower bed (has wooden fence for privacy). Owner was very responsive, answering questions I had quickly. It was about a 3 minute walk to the beach access. There is stairs though so made it difficult to care a lot of items to the beach. Pool was nice but wished there was table with umbrella there. Overall I would highly recommend this rental and hope to stay again!

Owner is very responsive. Condo was super clean. Lots of room to spread out. Back patio area is fenced in with a retractable awning which provides more shade. Kitchen looked like it had all new appliances and a little coffee bar area. My daughter was delighted to find a jar of candy mixed in with the "grown up stuff". That was a nice touch. The beds were all comfortable and my daughter loved sleeping on the top bunk which thankfully had stairs leading up to it. Location is great! Beach access is just 1 block over. After 3 days on the beach we didn't have anyone within 40 yards of us, which was nice not worrying about with Covid19. Publix and Winn-Dixie are just 10 minutes away. Historic St Augustine is maybe 20 minutes away. Great BBQ at Smokin D's and pizza at Viola's both within 5-10 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Michael responded quickly to emails or texts. Home was clean and had all the needed amenities. We had 6 adults & 1 child and had plenty of room. Location was a 2 min walk to beach & 15 min ride to downtown St. Augustine.

Our stay in this lovely townhouse exceeded our expectations. For just a little more than we would’ve paid for a one-room hotel room, we got 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, 4 TV’s, each with their own Roku, a washer & dryer plus many thoughtful amenities like beach chairs, beach towels, a rolling cooler, coffee and filters, sugar, salt and pepper (which I always forget to pack!), dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper products, little shampoos and soaps... The unit was very clean and decorated so prettily. Everything looked new. The beds were comfy. We were able to walk across the street and down a boardwalk onto beautiful Crescent Beach! Mike was very helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay to be sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back!
