The property was clean and nice. There was a leak in the ceiling, however once I called the property management they were going to deal with it. The listing said two full beds in one room but all the double rooms had twin beds. Check in was a breeze and the community amenities was fantastic. Also all the beds could definitely use new mattresses. They were old and you could feel all the springs. Everything else was great. I really loved having such a nice washer and dryer to keep all our clothes clean. I would definitely rent this house again.

Filthy floor, pool was not cleaned, furniture is dire, two loungers but no useable cushions. Beds atrocious, creaky and noisy. Towels tiny and cheap. The best way to understand is to see my video review which you will find in a search engine if you use the above title or name. Owner knows the problems but won't help. Games room is horrible, furniture is stained. The resort is amazing but you need you book a different house!

I loved how many bathrooms there were and having the two master kings and a queen with en suit was perfect for our three families. I will save this listing to visit in the future! Thank you!!

The plus- the air conditioner worked very well and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

We enjoyed everything very much. Everything we needed was right there for us. We were pleased with property. We just wish the mattresses were less squeaky, rugs be placed at the front door & back sliding door leading to pool area (We almost fell from leaving the pool), and a small barbeque grill in the back would enhance the stay.

We visited all of the Disney and Universal parks and the location was great! House has very nice layout and space. If I can make a few recommendations, update the linens in the house (towels and bed linens are very old) and the coffee maker was broken. Pool heat was not on when we arrived (requested prior to stay) but the property manager was there late our first night to turn it on. The gated community/clubhouse is great!

Great location, very spacious, I loved bedroom/bathroom ratio especially when so many needed to shower and get ready.

The house was very clean and nice. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms! The surrounding community was great as well. I would stay/recommend this place.

The house was very large and gave plenty of space for our group.

This is the second time we have stayed and with the improvements , , and the response of the property manager with a pool issue, we will be back!

My experience I think place looks better pictures than what it is in person pool are was very un cleaned around. House rug could use shampoo. Other than that area location is awesome I am great with family and kids I just think for the money you pay you at least can expect a nice decent and clean house overall we loved everything else about it.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our party of 7. It is in a great location with lots to do. The community amenities were also great. We had everything we needed at the house and would return and recommend to others.

This house had perfect location for our stay! We had enough beds and plenty of bathroom privacy. The host was diligent and responsive to my infinite questions. The clubhouse was great and we enjoyed the gym there. I would suggest future stayers would read the amenities a little better than I did. We traveled from California and did not have enough towels for each guest listed on the reservation. There was a wash/dryer so we made it work, but we had to purchase laundry soap that wound up going to waste. Which all of that was in the rental agreement, I just did not thoroughly read through things like that. But that’s honestly the only thing to report in a “negative” sense. Everything else was enjoyable and pleasant. We would love to return again!! Thank you guys!

If your looking for space, this is where you want too be. Very clean and organized. Great communication with the owner/ manager. Great enclosed community with a lot to do for everyone. Book with confidence!

I really enjoyed my stay the home is very nice from the time you walkin. Home was clean it had a pool and hot tube that we enjoyed the kitchen is very spacious and the rooms. Omg don’t let me leave out the tub in the downstairs room it’s huge the owner left plenty of rags and towels for us. I with definitely visit again 10 stars
