This condo is very clean and comfortable. The view is amazing! It’s walking distance to the beach, coffee shop, and dining. We will definitely keep it in mind for our next trip to Aptos.

Aptos is a great little town and this condo is a quaint and charming place to stay while there. We loved waking up to the amazing ocean views every morning!

The pictures do not do this sweet condo justice. It was comfortable and the view was spectacular. We like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Two thumbs up for our stay.

The place is nice really close to a part of the beach and has nice views. Is an uphill walk and near a state park or areas which are nice but don't feel completely safe... The cost of things around there is high but it was to be expected..also there was no real office or help when I locked myself out without the code so that was a challenge, the only code that worked was the one my friend remembered, so I don't know that part gave me some issues this year. However, it's a nice place and nice interactions with all those I've interacted with last year and this year when I was able to, it's just been a stressful time and year for me so that was a lot of it I think. I've always loved that area growing up the times we were able to vacation there by the coast in that pretty place of CA.

Pros: Stunning view Very nice living room Comfortable beds 2 bathrooms Cons: Only 2 kitchen towels & no rags Scratched Teflon skillets - not "luxory condo" pans Very strict on the rules about having people over for a meal. Need safety bars in showers. All these items are definitely fixable. Loved staying here!!

Great stop for a couple of days between Napa and Pebble Beach. Loved it!

The location is great. Very short walk to the beach, store, and coffee shop. The house is everything you see online. The host Sharon gets back to you quick if you have any questions. Definitely would stay again.

This property is all that is described and more. The guest home is beautifully decorated and has an incredible view of the bay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Sharon communicated quickly and was very helpful to us as our trip was unfortunately cut short by the spring storm. We look forward to staying here again!

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in this fabulous Rio Del Mar property. There are no words for the fabulous view. It’s so relaxing. After a fun day out touring around we loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunset with our glass of wine then cuddling up with blankets next to the fire and watching a movie. Thanks for the priceless time with my mom:)

The condo was spotless, beds are cozy, kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and the view is priceless! Highly recommend this condo, you will not regret it. Easy walk to beach and and you can walk all the way to Seascape if you are up for it. Views are stunning and the ocean waves are music to your ears. Beautiful and relaxing trip. Second time we have been to this condo and we will be back.

My husband and I met up with another couple and this was a wonderful place for us to stay, visit, play games and "catch up" with one another. The beds were comfortable, and the entire unit was impeccably clean! The ocean view was breathtaking and we so enjoyed our walks on the beach between breaks in the weather. Everything was perfect - and just as advertised! Thank you!

We found this property to be just as described. The view of the ocean from the living room was magical! The master bedroom was spacious with an in suite bathroom. The other bedroom is small but enough room. Both beds were so comfortable and cozy to sleep in. We enjoyed watching movies, shows and the Grammy Awards on the big screen tv since the weather was rainy and cold. It’s location is walking distance to yummy burritos and a cute market. We would definitely come stay here again.

The listing is spot on (what you see is EXACTLY what you get). This place is AMAZING and has everything you need. Easy booking and immediate response to any questions. All around, this place is top notch and one of my favorite vacation places to stay. 5 stars all around.

I don't usually do reviews, but this property deserves a shout out. The condo was comfortable, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, and the view was unbeatable! The owners responded quickly to all our questions, and they were so kind and helpful. We'd love to stay here again.

The open kitchen and balcony remodel is lovely. The owners take exceptional of the condo and think of every detail to ensure a wonderful stay. This is the second time staying at the condo and will come again. Highly recommend.

This rental was exactly as advertised in the photos -- the unit itself is comfortable and cozy, and the ocean view is unbeatable. The beach is just a short walk away (though note that you have to walk up and down a fairly steep hill, which might be tricky for anyone with mobility issues). There are also several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics if you want to stay in. We were here during the off season, and it was very quiet both during the day and at night. The owner was very responsive and helpful with a few questions we had, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. All in all, a great rental and a great experience in Aptos!

My family of 4 had an excellent stay here, the sunrise and sunsets from the deck can’t be beat. It has a practically unobstructed view of the sand and the waves. The unit itself was beautifully updated and decorated, all the modern appliances you could want with a cozy beachy feel. The included parking spot was great, we will definitely be back!

My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It could easily accommodate two couples. My dad kept saying “everything is just perfect, I can’t find anything I would change”. We enjoyed the most spectacular sunsets and everything was exactly as described. Our host was responsive and proactive in communications.

Description of property was exact. Owner was very detailed and succinct about all the facts of the property and how to use appliances. Was fast to reply to communication. Location was amazing. The only negatives were not being able to use the deck and an early check out time, Which hinders your last day.

Awesome walks on the beach. Clean apartment with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Great directions and communications.

My sister and I stayed here as a base to visit Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. The property is lovely! Very clean, well furnished, and the view of the Pacific is incredible. Beds were so comfortable, too. Everything in the condo is updated. Nearby Capitola is a fun town with shopping and good restaurants. We loved our stay here. Owner was very responsive to any needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Few things worked for us that may not work for all: 1) Checking in times 4pm, and requested a bit of early check in, it was not promised but were able to accommodate. 2) Check our time was 10am.. it got us a bit in the rush even though we felt that being in a vacation shouldn’t need to be. Especially when we had no other reason to rush out, as we are used to hotel checkouts at 11am. Don’t have the luxury of a lazy morning. 3) Beach chairs/ umbrella were available, we didn’t use them. 4) Beach towels were not there, good thing we got our own, as we drove didn’t mind the bulky luggage. It was lucky that we got it, as we didn’t know before hand. 5) Shampoos / conditioner not provided, small soap bar, that lasted only for a day. Additional not available. Bring your own toiletries. 6) No kitchen ingredients, but we were informed ahead of time so we’re prepared to bring whatever we needed. 7) The approach road is a steep hill so going to the beach is short walk down-hill, with people who can’t do that, you may need to get your car down to go to the beach. Especially if you have elderly with you. 8) There was construction, in the complex and it got loud on Monday, luckily we were on our way out. Glad we did t stay there during weekdays. The patio has some construction coming up, you can see the supports are already in place. 9) The owner was very responsive and communicating throughout the stay. That was helpful when we had a few questions and we got the response in a few mins. In a nutshell, you can be sure of a good experience, as the place itself has beautiful views, was very well kept space. Hopefully after all construction work complete, and possibly getting a late checkout, we may consider staying here again.

this place was perfect for our small gathering to attend our daughters graduation from UCSC. Close to campus and the pier. Nice beach and places to walk right down the street. AWESOME VIEWS .We would stay again.
