Spaziosa, moderna, pulita e ben tenuta, 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni (solo al piano di sotto) .AZIENDA AMICIZIA con spese e deposito per animali non rimborsabili. . Un parco giochi per bambini si trova accanto alla proprietà ed è il luogo perfetto per tutte le età e solo 2 isolati dalla spiaggia. Goditi il tramonto sulla baia mentre ti rilassi sotto il portico e hai la tranquillità di sapere che c'è un parcheggio per 4-5 auto. Dotato di aria condizionata centralizzata, lavastoviglie, lavasciuga e micro e TV in ogni stanza. Il proprietario fornisce refrigeratori, sedie a sdraio e carro per l'uso. NOVITÀ ..... AFFITTI DA GIOVEDI A GIOVEDI ', LUGLIO E AGOSTO. Noleggia Jet Ski, pedalò e altro ancora a pochi isolati di distanza.

Very nice location and very clean house. Perfect for groups or families. Everything was walkable and plenty of parking.

Geographical desirable location in the center of Dewey Beach. Walk to beach, restaurants & bars. Parking 6 cars was a real plus for us when our family including grandkids and friends came to visit. Friendly neighborhood. Loved sitting on the front porch of this house with our dog capturing the late afternoon breeze from the bay. Good area to walk dogs. Park right across street from house. Great rental with large tv in LR and tvs in all 4 bedrooms. We used a linen service which worked out very well. This Rental included beach chairs, umbrella and an array of beach toys.
