The location is great, although it is somewhat hard to find despite directions provided. Overall the place was clean and had a kettle but no other appliances (no microwave). Linens were provided.

This is just an apartment in a residential building, which is fine, but keep in mind a few specifics that I missed. They only accept cash - and because this is just an apartment, someone comes to your room to pick it up without any receipt. To some this could be a slightly unprofessional experience, but it ended up working out for me. Because it is just an apartment, there is no front desk or any other facilities. Hence, if your flight arrives in the middle of the night make sure you book the day prior as well. There is no place to leave luggage or wait for check-in time. It is hard to get into the building when you arrive because the building key fob is inside the apartment (code entry to the apartment but a key fob entry to the building). So you have to wait for someone to pass through the door to get in, which again, if you arrive in off hours could be unpredictable. I had no water for 1 day due to construction nearby, but may not be an issue in the future.
