Incredible sea view, 5 minute walk to beach, newly remodeled bathroom & terrace
Un appartamento con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno situato all'interno di un complesso. Piscina olimpionica, campi da tennis, campi da squash, parco giochi per bambini e tanto spazio verde all'interno del complesso. Perfettamente situato nella zona più ricercata di Benicasim. Meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (con accesso privato e diretto) con ristoranti e bar e 10 minuti a piedi dalla zona della città (pueblo) che ha molta vita notturna. * Si prega di notare che non c'è aria condizionata (piacevole brezza) e nessun parcheggio designato ma c'è un parcheggio in strada.

The views from the apartment were good. The bathroom and the balcony had just been refurbished to a high standard. The host was as good as a tour guide with all the information about local events in the first week of our stay.

My husband Mark and I rented the Apartment in Benicassim for the month of May. Our favorite part of the property was the stunning view of the water. The location and the grounds of the property were very nice!

Lovely views of beach with sandy beach to left and mountains to the right. Large sunny balcony with table and chairs.Excellent Wi-Fi. Watched lots of TV on Wi-Fi.Homely. Lots of handy items available.Well ventilated.Portable radiator for if it’s nippy.Comfortable mattresses.MicrowaveWashing machineExcellent position 200 metres from sea 200 metres from supermarkets inc Mercadona.Market on Thursdays.Rubbish chute near flat entrance.Lots of parking in secluded cul-de-sac.Very caring and helpful host.Two liftsNot far from municipal sports centre with good pool, jacuzzi, sauna and excellent gym.Cons:Very small shower

The apartment was very nice. Location close to beach and a ten minute walk to the village.Margo the manager was very helpful and pleasant to interact with.
Only drawback is the lack of taxis in early June.
