Overall great experience!! The house was exactly as expected and Leticia was timely and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

I have rented a few homes in the area, and this was by far the nicest one. The home was super clean, the kitchen was amazingly well stocked, there was an abundance of outdoor seating areas in the front and back of the house to enjoy with family, and the view of the bay was wonderful. Looking at the bay from the bedroom balconies in the early morning and again at sunset was beautiful. We walked / rode our bikes to the beaches (bay and ocean) quite easily, and just hopped across the street to play tennis at the end of the day. The added amenities of a wagon, beach badges, bikes, beach umbrella and cooler were just icing on the cake. This is an exceptional house in a great location.

This home is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. The views of the bay are stunning - we sat on the front porch every night! I often find that furniture comfiness is lacking in rental properties which is a bummer when we stay with such a large group but this home has really nice big couches in the living room along with an arm chair. Came in handy when we had a movie night in on a rainy evening! The home even comes equipped with tons of beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, and umbrellas which is so nice and I'll keep that in mind when I rebook next year as we will DEFINITELY be back! Communication with the owner and check in and out were a breeze. I cannot recommend this home enough!

We had a great week at this beautiful Ortley Beach Home. The owners were fantastic and easy to communicate with. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The beach chairs and bicycles were an added convenience and enjoyed by all. Check in was very easy and we were surprised by our check in gift waiting for us! Loved the location and the view of the beautiful sunsets each night! Wishing all a wonderful vacation! ☀️
