My husband and 2 sisters gathered here for 5 days and couldnt have found the more perfect place. Lots of room surrounded by a huge yard. We enjoyed the picnic table and also the porch where the large table accommodated 6 very comfortably. All the furniture including the beds is very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied and gas grill works beautifully. One caution: if you have mobility issues this is not the house for you. The staircase to second floor is steep.

We enjoyed our stay at your home. Very nice place well equiped. Very nice quite neighbor hood.
We just wish we would have been informed about your husband living in part of the house, didn't brother us but we would have liked that known before going into a rental agreement.
